Beautiful hotel located within a 5 minute walk of the beach front and the old town. The room was well laid out and spacious. Comfy bed and a good size balcony overlooking the pool. Gorgeous pool area with plenty of sun loungers available. Lovely cocktails served in the pool bar, roof top bar and restaurant. Breakfast was well made, well presented and good quality. Plenty of options available but my personal favourite was the omelette station. Overall a lovely stay and very reasonably priced. I would recommend to family and friends and will definitely stay again😊

We love the primavera park. Spotlessly clean, great rooms, lovely breakfast and great location. We be only slight downside was the noise of the Christmas market/live music till around 1am when we stayed in December. Not the fault of the hotel but it was so so loud

Hotel was nice and clean. Food was 10/10 We didn’t get to use all facilities as was only staying a few days, but from what we used and seen everything was spot on highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel with great views from the roof top terrace. Not to far from the town but just nice enough away to miss any noise. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The choice at Breakfast was amazing, I cannot think of anything that wasn't catered for at Breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel.

El hotel estupendo, el personal de sala Randy, Rebeca, Laura, Merche, Joselo, Matias, Laura y el personal de los dos bares, lo mejor. El bufé justito, pero bueno estamos fuera de temporada alta, de todas maneras tener la parrilla cerrada da mala imagen. El bar de la terraza una de las mejores vistas de Benidorm. Un hotel muy recomendable

Amazing breakfast. Amazong view from my room. Staff was exellent.

Koselig hotell med hjelpsomt personale. Kjempefin frokost. Men middagen var ikke noe særlig. Prøvde det meste i en uke vi var der. Eksempel fra siste dag var det "tikka masala" den smakte det samme som steikt lam som var en av de andre alternativene. Med andre ord kjedelig og smakløs.

Alles in allen ist das Hotel Top, Personal von der Rezeption, Restaurant bis zum Zimmerservice, alles Makelos und Super!!! Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Restaurant, hatte 3 Mal Abend für 18 EURO gegessen, gute Auswahl bis hin zu den Bars, alles Perfekt. Das Hotel kann ich nur bestens Empfehlen.

Nytt hotell god beliggenhet, store rom og balkong med utsikt over hele benidorm. Kort vei til gamlebyen og begge strendene.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut, einzig nicht sauber. Es gab nur eine Reinigungsfrau für das ganze Stockwerk und sie war immer gestresst. Vielmals war das Zimmer erst um 16h fertig, obwohl wir das Zimmer am morgen zum Frühstück verlassen hatten und sie ein anderes Zimmer neben uns sauber machte. Das 1. Mal hatten wir den Batch an die Türe gehängt, damit sie wusste, dass das Zimmer gereinigt werden kann und als wir gen 17.30h vom Strand zurückkehrten, war das Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt und die Betten auch nicht gemacht. An der Rezeption haben sie uns dann gesagt, dass wir ja den Batch nicht an die Türe anbringen dürfen, weil das Personal dann meint, dass sie das Zimmer nicht betreten darf, obwohl auf dem Batch klar steht: dass sie eintreten dürfen, um das Zimmer herzurichten. Komische Handhabung vom Hotel. Ich denke, dass es nicht das die chuld an der Reinigungskraft liegt, sondern am Management. Es ist müssig viele Male an der Rezeption sich zu beschwerden, wenn das Zimmer seit einer Woche nie mit einem Besen geschweige nass aufgezogen wurde und der Dreck seit einer Woche immer noch am Boden liegt, obwohl die Rezeption von unserem Anliegen wusste. Auch das ständige warten an der Rezeption war mühsam. Es war immer nur eine Person an der Rezeption anwesen und wenn man nur eine Frage hatte, mussten wir warten, bis alle anderen Gäste betreut wurden. Wenn ich das Hotel Hélios und den Sport Benidorm vergleiche, die in der selben Preisklasse liegen, bieten diese einen besseren Service.

The room was lovely, very clean and generally the staff were very helpful. Location was perfect for new and old town. The only negative to mention would be the hot food was never quite hot enough.

Lovely room on 16th floor. Big bed, walk in shower and air con worked well. Breakfast was exceptional with wide variety of choice Great view from the roof terrace. Perfect location to access both old and new town.

Nice hotel close to everything.
