艾康巴塞隆納飯店

房間大小適中，離熱鬧的大街也不遠，可惜房務清潔不夠徹底！

前台服務人員很有禮貎，大堂有免費提供茶㸃享用，當天中午十二時到達，原本3㸃才可check in，但服務人員很好即時安排我們入住。

room was spacious and clean, staff were hospitable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Room was clean and serviced everyday. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good choice of breakfast, the Mezze restaurant was also good. Good location.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — they let us check in much earlier than expected, which was such a nice surprise after a long flight. The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable, the location is perfect — close to everything, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist super, 5 min.zu Fuss ins Zentrum wo Bussstationen, Shopping Rambla etc.alles super erreichbar sind. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit das Essen im Hotel frisch und sehr gut.

Lo que hace diferente este hotel es definitivamente su personal, Celia, Marta en recepción súper lindas y serviciales, estrellita para ellas y en la noche que llegábamos a cenar las recomendaciones de Ana Luisa ayudaron mucho ya que viajamos con mi mamá, ya mayor. El desayuno buffet muy completo con variedad, incluso puedes pedir tus huevos a tu gusto. Está bien ubicado caminando a varias de las atracciones de la ciudad.

Todo estuvo perfecto en nuestra estadía en este hotel. La habitación, el desayuno, la amabilidad de sus empleados. Buena locomoción y muchas actividades se pueden hacer a pie Lo recomiendo y repetiría sin lugar a dudas otra estancia en este hotel

We had a great stay at Hotel ICON Barcelona! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to Chaima, who was especially kind and attentive—she really made a positive impression.

Uns hat das Hotel v.a. wegen dem super freundlichen Personal und die Lage gefallen (fast alles in 5-15 min zu Fuss erreichbar). Frühstück war auch sehr gut und vielfältig. Es liess keine Wünsche übrig. Was uns weniger gefiel war, dass das Zimmer sehr staubig war bei der Ankunft. Es hatte noch lange Haare von anderen Gästen im Bad. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut und ich würde dieses Hotel wieder sehr gerne buchen. Preis-/Leistung war bestens. Die Bar war auch sehr gemütlich zu verweilen. Draussen war die Poolumgebung auch sehr angenehm und schön.

Tolles Hotel und perfekte Lage um Barcelona zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sauber und geräumig.

I had a lovely clean room with a little deck. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The towels & bathroom amenities were nice. I was given a robe, which I believe came with the VIP Expedia booking. The downside was smelling cigarette smoke off & on in my room. I did tell the management (as I wondered if someone was smoking in one of the rooms). They checked it out but found no reason. I felt listened to, even if the situation was unresolved. Hotel is within walking distance of main attractions. The metro is also nearby. Staff were wonderful; friendly & very helpful.

We had such a lovely time at the Icon BCN this July! The staff were so warm and welcoming. The front desk was always ready to help with city maps, suggestions and even booked lunch reservations for us upon arrival. The breakfast area was beautiful and the hotel provided a vast selection of delicious foods. The service during breakfast was also amazing, and Chaima who tended to our table was just wonderful. Last, but certainly not least, the hotel’s location is stellar! We were a group of 9, ages ranging from teens to seniors, and we walked to almost all the major sites.
