Upgraded room would recommend Room was clean except a smell from the bathroom. 3 pools to choose from Would stay again

Wir waren zu Dritt und mit dem Zimmer und der Verpflegung rundum zufrieden. Hatten Halbpension in der Juniorsuite gebucht..Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Excellent séjour d’une semaine au sein de cet hotel. Le lieu et la vue de la chambre étaient magiques. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le buffet est très varié on y trouve de tout, avec des soirées à thème. Le seul point négatif serait sur le côté vieillissant de la salle de sport, des chambres et elles ne sont pas très bien insonorisées, le fait de ne pas pouvoir manger avec vue sur la mer. La piscine n’est pas chauffée donc difficile d’y entrer pour les plus frileux. Mais globalement cela reste un très bel hotel.

Chambre propre et bien équipée. Personnel merveilleux et a l'écoute. Repas différents chaque jour . L'hôtel en face de la mer .. RAS le séjour d anniversaire de 4 jours s'est super bien déroulé

prijs kwaliteit wel ok, maar de kamer kan zeker een vernieuwing gebruiken. 2 liften was ook iets te weinig zeer vriendelijk personeel, dit is een groot pluspunt. het buffet was lekker maar wel steeds snel uitgeput.

Breakfast each day was nice and fresh maybe a little disorganised but, we managed to work out where things were. However, some improvements can be made on juice machine as none of the juices actually tasted of anything and definitely not juice Everything else was very good!

We had a lovely week at Leonardo Royal. The location and views were lovely, especially from the sea view rooms. The all inclusive buffet was generous and we never had to queue for tables. Santiago, our waiter, was always helpful and truly the best. The service at the pool bar is slow.

Day one we arrive early hours of morning to the hotel pictured online. We was then told we are in the other one across road not on the sea front hotel. So we drag kids across road, we all basically pass out. Next day after feeling pushed out of the way by hotel, we go explore, area is lovely as always. We return later in the evening to find room very hot and bathroom light doesnt work (not even a bulb in it) told reception who said they would take a look at some point tomorrow. Slept bad as was so hot, thought the door was open and AC wasnt on so left on again as much in the day. When we returned it was boiling hot in room and cool outside. Called reception, Turns out the AC doesnt cool, so her suggestion was open door to balcony and bedroom window, (thats not ac to me thats heating) so how can you advertise AC lol and with a 3 year old and 5 year old we cant just leave windows and doors open on the 2nd floor ? Really ? No staff in this part of hotel just a cleaner every now and again so went across everytime to speak with them as the internal phone number to call reception had number scratched off. So, it also felt like we was the first ones in room this season as was extreamley dusty on all surfaces, it was not the hotel pictured, no light in bathrooom, no Air conditioning and not staffed hence was very noisey two nights as well (but didnt mention this to them).

Hotel it’s self was nice rooms in the suits section where dated and not very clean when we went in. No signs in the hotel to tell you where anything is and staff weren’t very accommodating to tell us anything upon arrival. Drinks in the suits bar where dirty and bar tender couldn’t make half the drinks for the all inclusive the food is also hit and miss

Des détails niveau vétusté de l'hôtel comme le meuble tv avec beaucoup d'éclats, la salle de bain avec des tâches ou des trous dans le mur pas rebouché. Mais de manière globale, chambre propre, buffet du petit dejeuner et repas variés qualité correct. Personnel souriant et serviable.

Room was dirty and smelled moldy. Staff at the bar was very disrespectful. I would not stay here again.

The rooms were disgusting. Mold in the bathroom. My friends room smelled horrible like mildew. The drawers were missing knobs.
