This hotel really went over our expectations, it is a beautiful property, the rooms are super spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are huge with bathtubs just like it shows in the pictures. The staff was extremely helpful and nice they even brought a crib with a toy and a little toiletries for baby since we were with a 6mo old. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again !!!

The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later.
The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect.

El hotel está muy viejo, salvo el lobby y el primer piso. La habitación inicial en el piso 11 estaba fatal. Tuvimos que pagar upgrade a The Level. El personal muy amable, eso sí.

This hotel was not understanding of the fact that the trains connecting the city were all shut down due to the train accidents that have happened in the past weeks and would not cancel or credit my stay with them. They would also not reply to any of my emails or calls until my reservation was completed in order to charge me the full amount.

The room was cleaned but not refreshed with coffee or water and used bottles were not removed. There was no breakfast on the room service menu and the only option was the buffet so if you wanted a croissant and coffee…..not available before 9AM except if you ordered the full buffet. The coffee shop in the entrance did not open until 9AM. There is very limited sit down food service mid afternoon, not good when coming in from a long flight. The desk staff was helpful and very pleasant.

From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in!
