The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect.

The room was dusty with someone’s hair everywhere. The bathroom grime and moldy, since the tiles were dark you couldn’t see it right away except when you use the facilities, the shower etc. the ac was not working properly, we did call reception and one hour after we settled in they offered to change room at that point we were so tired that we slept through. We spoke to facility and they graciously tried to compensate by giving us a voucher for one of two paid breakfast. The reason why I am writing this review is because at breakfast we found a hair on our table, too much coincidence the property is not well kept and cleaning is important. Please make the guess feel good and have everything spotless.

The pool was closed.

We stayed in a room with a terrace. The terrace overlooked Espana Plaza. The Level Club was included and extremely useful. The tapas and drinks available were perfect prior to going out. Definitely recommend this hotel

Normalmente me alojo en Los Lebreros. En general bien . Salvo moqueta pasillos habitaciones. Ubicación de grifos en lavabos Y lo hasta casi divertido, la colocación de la caja fuerte. Esta casi en el suelo. Necesitaría una postura de cuerpo a tierra para su uso..Vamos de franco tirador. El servicio genial y la ubicación ya la sabéis. Muy buena !!!! Saludos Dr. Antonio Ferrer

Vero, Carmela, and Juan at The Level reception were absolutely wonderful—they made check-in and check-out seamless and kindly arranged transportation to and from the feria, which was incredibly convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is also fantastic—right next to Plaza de España—making it ideal for sightseeing, with several excellent restaurants just a short walk away. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough and would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was amazing with alot of options!

Bien en general Solo que el aire acondicionado NO funciona, estuve en 2 habitaciones y fue lo mismo, no imagino cómo será en verano. Recalco en especial la atención de Estefanía, del restaurante de la alberca, fue extremadamente servicial, nos ayudó a taparnos del sol y a consentirnos. Muchas gracias Estefanía!!!

Great breakfast. Good pool area

Really lovely hotel with a great room and staff. Staff friendly and helpful. The pool area was a great space and we used the bar in the lobby and the pool. The food served in the bar was great and would definitely recommend the bar food. Easy location to lots of the attractions.

Decent rooms but no coffee maker in standard room in a 4 star. Good outdoor pool. Fitness room equipment limited and some broken. Good breakfast buffet. Calls to reception from room yielded no results. Later found out they go to a central location rather to the staff in the hotel!

Air conditioning doesn’t really work (requested repair and not much better) and only in April. Would be unpleasant any hotter. Toilet seat also broken and wasn’t fixed upon request. Hotel cheaply appointed and maintained. Feels like it needs a ground up refurbishment. Very expensive for what feels like a mediocre 2* experience. Baby changing mat on wall in corridor on way to main lobby bathrooms also very strange. Staff friendly.
