The rooms and hotel areas were top notch! The rooftop views are spectacular.

Nobu hotel presented a nice hotel, with clean rooms, helpful staff and a very nice assorted breakfast. The TV and Internet are disappointing and needs improvement

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich rührend um die Gäste. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Morgenbuffet ist wunderbar mit vielen verschiedenen Zutaten und alles frisch. Das essen im Restaurant ist sehr fein.

From the moment I get out of the car service I was greeted by staff. Checking the staff was welcoming. The rooms were very clean and everything in the room was nice. I love my stay there. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Staff and service excellent, the rooftop bar and pool is underwhelming.

I had an excellent experience at Nobu. I felt almost at home. It was a perfect location because I was visiting family who lived near by. This hotel is also near a lot different forms of transportation. The staff were wonderful. The internet and tv was perfect. I was able to use my own Netflix app.

The hotel rooms are a little tired in places and although most of the staff were great, some were less so. Nobu restaurant is of course fabulous. The roof top bar has wonderful views, a plunge pool, a couple of beach chairs; it felt strange having cocktails in plastic glasses at nighttime however. There’s a massive construction site in front of the hotel at the moment too. Overall, we didn’t feel the property warranted the price. It’s nice but not sure we’d return.

Muy buen hotel, la ubicación es perfecta , sobre todo si nececitas viajar por la esación Barcelona Sants que te queda caminando, en el ultimo piso esta un restaurante japones muy rico con una excelente vista.

Seul bémol : sur 2 nuits passées dans l’établissement nous avions prévu de profiter du bar en rooftop la 2ème soirée. Malheureusement l’accès nous a été refusé sans même nous permettre de sortir de l’ascenseur, le rooftop ayant été privatisé. Il aurait été appréciable d’avoir une communication à ce sujet dès notre arrivée. Sinon tout était parfait. Personnel aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner avec un large choix et une très belle vue.

A vastly overrated monstrosity. Stay at your own risk. This is NOT a 5 star facility. The restaurant staff are terrible. They allowed me to book a 1045 pm table (not late by any BCN weekend standards) only to call me at 1050 as I was arriving to remind me the kitchen would close at 11 pm. When I arrived I was told: "Your table isn't ready yet." So you're calling me... to rush me in... while I'm walking in... and you actually don't have my table! And then we would only be served an hour later... by the 'closed restaurant'!?! It was Twilight Zone level stuff of a 1-star or minus-1-star facility. No apology offered by a soul in the restaurant. The place has no fully seat eatery during business hours, beyond a scorching sun soaked roof top bar & a smallish 1st floor bar, not fit for any kind of business engagement. It's a gauche operation. There's a list of similarly starred operations that operate with the appropriate & requisite level of professional care and quality. Choose any those.

Room and bed size are good, cleanliness 10/10, staff responsive and helpful. Spa is nice small pool and sauna , steam room was not working so didn’t get to try that. We had dinner at nobu that was overpriced and not worth it didnt enjoy the food (I do like Japanese food generally). However I don’t eat sushi or raw fish so this may be appreciated by those that do. When we arrived two of the bed slats were on the floor staff fixed the issue when we brought it to their attention. No issues after that with the bed. Good customer service. Hotel has a nice vibe. Would stay again and eat elsewhere.

When we checked in we were told to pay extra fees to upgrade to a room so that we could be eligible for breakfast. The next day when we went to breakfast, they didn't have our name on the list. We also had our dog with us, which I notified the hotel about several weeks before our arrival. The hotel did not tell us there was a no dog policy in the restaurant, and we were embarrassed by the staff when we went down for breakfast. They sent the restaurant general manager who tried to tell me it was a Nobu policy that dogs were not allowed in the restaurant. I've been to Nobu in Palo Alto, Los Angeles, and San Sebastian, several times, all of them, and this is not true. There were no amenities in our room - no welcome basket, wine, no bed for the dog, nada. I called the front desk and asked for a dog bed. They clearly did not anticipate us. We will not be staying at Nobu Barcelona again.

Very nice hotel situated just outside of Barcelona centre. All areas of Barcelona are accessible from this hotel. The bus stop for the Hop On Hop Off bus is a 5 minute walk away. We especially loved the roof top pool area where you could chill and soak up the sun after a busy day of sight seeing . Fabulous vibe for sunset drinks and view of the city. For us the guest relations managers were exceptional and dealt with all queries efficiently and with a personal touch. The breakfast was outstanding . Situated on the 23rd gave you beautiful views whilst having breakfast . The staff were very attentive and welcoming . There is major construction going on outside the front of the hotel so a room on the opposite side of the building would be advantageous. Fabulous stay all in all

Excellent service. The room is spacious, and the breakfast is fantastic with many healthy options.
