Fair. Recommend Breakfast is fantastic.

Such a great hotel. The staff was very helpful at check-in with a map and easy directions to the city center. Room was spacious and clean. Rooftop pool was such a relief from the hotel July sun. Would stay again!

Elevador sempre cheio, hotel tem um bar na cobertura aberto ao público, muito movimento de pessoas que não são hóspedes, sem qualquer identificação ou segurança transitando pelos elevadores e pelo hotel. Também um dos hotéis mais barulhentos que fiquei até hoje, durante todo o dia as camareiras parecem estar demolindo o corredor, a noite tem o barulho da rua, não foi uma boa experiência e não ficaria novamente.

Overall a good trip and experience. Solid 4 star hotel. Could use more help on reception as check in crowds are huge. It can also use a good evening restaurant as the sky bar is meh for food with kids

This hotel was amazing and just what me and my friend was looking for in a city break. The rooftop bar and pool was perfect for day time and is a great location to walk into the old town. Would definitely return!!

Lovely hotel, good location. Rooftop pool is amazing, however drink service was extremely slow. Waited over an hour one day for 2 cocktails- no apology given. Reception also slow service. Hotel is good location, easy short walk into the centre of town.

L’hotel è bello in una posizione strategica ma ha un problema legato agli ascensori, si attende parecchi minuti pur avendo ben 4 ascensori, sono lenti con un software che non gestisce bene gli stop ai piani. La chicca è il rooftop, molto bello. Il personale sempre disponibile. La palestra potrebbe avere più macchinari.

Fantastic hotel, great location and amazing staff. Breakfast and roof top pool were amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely come back.

Zimmer war sauber, Klima funktionierte, das Personal naja... wenn ich um 14:30 Uhr ankomme, möchte ich auf mein Zimmer und nicht zum Pool geschickt werden, der natürlich völlig ausgebucht war, da 40 Grad im Schatten. Sorry da habe ich kein Verständnis für... der Praktikant/Auszubildende stand nur zur Deko da.... anstatt sich um die Leute zu kümmern... alles im Allem war es okay, aber für das Geld kann man sich auch mehr Mühe geben.

Nice rooftop pool but area to swim in is limited

Great location near bus station and rental bikes available nearby. Hotel itself was modern and clean. However our experience overall was very poor. On arrival at 6pm advised our room was not ready as the hotel was ‘nearly full’. Not our problem and an issue as we could have arrived at 3pm, usual check in time. We were offered another room which was being cleaned and asked to wait another half an hour. Given a token for a free drink in the bar which turned out to be a small beer or a small wine (no cocktails/spirits which was not made clear). We returned to reception and given a key to a room on the 3rd floor (I had specifically asked for a quiet room on a high floor away from lifts & stairs). Again advised hotel too busy. On arrival at the room we found it shockingly to be occupied. A security breach especially as with my daughter. Again had to wait for a further room, offered breakfast for our 2 mornings. In all waited nearly 2 hours to get into a room. Worth mentioning that each time we had a long wait at reception as it was also busy. Staff seemed to be dealing with complaints. Asked to see a manager told no one available which I do not believe as we arrived on a Saturday. We were contacted by email and offered a late check out but did lot make use of a further offer of a free drink as could not bear to wait in queue at reception. Thankfully staff on our day of departure (Monday) seemed efficient and helpful

Clean rooms, super helpful staff, good continental breakfast buffet with plenty of options (defo recommend to take away another task when you're on holiday!)

Struttura ben tenuta letteralmente a due passi dalle fermata della metro turia. E' circondata da un corte ingles per cui comoda per eventuali esigenze soprattutto per chi ha bambini. Zona tranquilla. Personale dell'albergo disponibile e cordiale. Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità (mancano indicazioni sui prodotti) e non affollata nonostante le numerose presenze soprattutto nelle prime ore della mattina. Camera pulita. Palestra nuova.

The hotel itself was very nice, with clean rooms and good facilities, and overall it had the potential to be a great stay. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the reception staff. I was allowed to check in and given a room key, only to find it was already occupied by another guest. This was an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing situation that should never happen. What made the experience even more disappointing was that there was no apology from the reception staff when I reported the issue. While the hotel and amenities were good, the lack of professionalism and customer service from the reception team left a negative impression and detracted from what could have been an enjoyable stay.
