L'hôtel est moyennement offre petit déjeuner beaucoup de monde on peut pas parler trop de monde pas de bagagiste on est obligé de quand on a beaucoup de bagages prendre la prise en charge sois même c'est-à-dire on doit prendre le porte-bagage pour mettre tous les bagages de la voiture et les emmener jusqu'à la chambre donc pas de bagagiste et l'hôtel assez loin quand même

Gute Lage des Hotels, schnell am Strand und am Yachthafen. Schöner Eingangsbereich, schöne und sehr gute Restaurants. Für einen kurzen Trip nach Marbella und auch zum Golfen und Shoppen perfekt. Man hört allerdings immer die Schnellstraße, diese verläuft auch direkt neben dem Pool. Der Pool selbst ist dadurch nur mäßig einladend, auch da die Liegen nur einfache Plastikliegen sind, der Pool ist zwar sauber, aber keine wirkliche Entspannungsatmospähre, für eine schnelle Abkühlung aber bestens geeignet. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, modern und sauber. Die Zimmertüren aber sehr dünn, wir sind nachts mehrfach aufgewacht, weil andere Türen zugemacht wurden. Frühstück ausreichend und mit allem was man wünscht, aber auch hier eher laute und hektische Atmosphäre.

Second séjour à l’Occidental Puerto Banus et cette fois ce fut la déception. Chambre affectée au 5e étage alors que j avais appelé préalablement pour demander une chambre en étage peu élevé (enfants en bas âge dont un claustrophobe, impossible de prendre l’ascenseur). Chambre salle à l’arrivée, noix, pépites de tournesol, poussière et papiers d’emballage au pied du lit et dans les coins. Infestée de poissons d’argent et de mites vestimentaires. Malgré les photos et les demandes de changement de chambre aucune chambre alternative ne nous a été proposée. La femme de ménage a simplement appliqué un insecticide classique (non adapté aux mites et aux poissons d’argent) Une honte …. Pour un hôtel de ce standing. Si les installations générales sont plus que confortables et de bon standing, le ménage et l’hygiène des chambres est à revoir !!!!

Nice hotel with great breakfast. Clean spacious rooms. Excellent location.

Average breakfast buffet. Great fitness facility. Sadly, the experience was ruined by excessively high music. No possibility to turn down the volume it was unmanned.

Great location, great buffet breakfast. Within walking distance to the Marina, shopping centre and restaurants. Room was spacious with great view from balcony.

Location cleanliness and staff are perfect . But food and bedding are 2 stars . Really need to improve .

Veldig fint hotell. Stort og fint rom med ballkong og kjøkkenkrok. Bra frokost og italiensk restaurant, fint basseng-område, stort og bra treningsrom, utmerket beliggenhet. Eneste negative var støy fra motorvei, men dette gikk fint. Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

No air conditioning but was offered a fan. Rooms are next to freeway which makes it noisy to have your door open for some cool air in the evening. If you want to get some sun by the pool, go early or you may not get a place in the sun. Everyone is very protective of their space; to go as far as throw their beach towels on the chairs for their whole family who aren't even out of bed yet.

Front desk girl was rude , breakfast buffett was really good , bathroom was very slippery
