Zimmer / Apartment was ok after I kicked up a fuss when we first were allocated a room with view of a dark and unpleasant inner courtyard and looking at concrete and nothing else. Staff initially did not want to give me another room, claiming they were fully booked(not true by far!

Bäst är den enorma havsvattenpoolen, precis i kanten av Atlanten. Besökte också den fina a la carte restaurangen som hade väldigt bra mat och supertrevlig personal.

The apartment is large and clean, though it is not serviced every day. The view is nice, and check-in was easy. If you need to rent a car, the staff take excellent care of the process, which was a big help. The lady who assisted us at check-in was very kind and accommodating—I wish I knew her name, as she was incredibly helpful. The pool is large, but after trying it once, we didn’t want to swim again as it seemed dirty. The apartment has an on-site restaurant, and there are plenty of stores nearby. The kitchenette is great for cooking inside, and the bathroom is spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Das Apartment war sehr gut, die Ausstattung ziemlich neu, Wohnraum mit Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Das Personal war immer freundlich.

Het verblijft is niet erg na wens. Het geheel van de de gebouw maar vooral de kamer ruikt erg naar riool, vooral in het ochtend vroeg. De bedden worden niet nieuw gezet, de kamer worden pas per 7 dagen schoongemaakt waardoor je extra baddoek of wc rol moet kopen. Na het inchecken moesten we dat melden bij de receptioniste. Ontbijt en Diner was opzicht wel ok. Erg jammer dat er geen drinken inclusief zijn bij het diner. Dat moest je betalen en de prijs waren ook niet bepaald goedkoop of zo.

Lovey apartment with good kitchen amenities. Really light and spacious and had a sea view from the balcony! The reception staff were helpful and the pool was lovely and very clean. Good location - not too touristy and very accessible to bus routes

Il personale gentile e accomodante , unica nota positiva. Maxi hotel 'bruttalista' che necessita un restauro, a parte la camera che era molto bella appena rifatta, in un posto inutile con un costante odore di fogna, che e' una prboematica frequente di Tenerife , ma qui lo senti anche in camera al quarto piano. Assurdo poi il costo del posto... ti fanno pagare anche 1 euro per pesare il bagaglio o 2 per tenerli in un locker. Per compensare la trascuratezza e l'odore dovrebbero farti, invece di pagare, un regalo

I came for four nights in January with a couple of friends and we loved it here. The staff are all lovely, the apartments are spacious and very clean. We only paid for the breakfast so cant comment on the rest of the food but I was inpressed by the breakfast, there was absolutely loads of choice. It was handy to then be able to prepare our lunch in the apartment and eat out in the evenings. The pool is a good size and i love that theres a little private beach too. Loved it and would 100% come again

5 Star Stay for Me at Ona Alborada in Las Galletas I truly loved my entire stay at Ona Alborada in Las Galletas and for me it was a full five star experience. One important thing to mention right away is to not judge this place by its cover. From the street the outside of the resort honestly looks rough and uninviting and could easily be mistaken for an old gulag style prison or some kind of underground secret bunker. However the moment you step inside the lobby everything changes and the atmosphere immediately feels welcoming relaxed and well cared for. I stayed in a recently renovated room on the third floor that overlooked the water and everything about it was perfect. The room felt fresh modern and comfortable and the view was absolutely stunning. Waking up every day and looking out over the ocean felt like a million dollar experience and never got old. The pool area was one of my favorite parts of the property. The loungers were comfortable and it was the perfect place to relax all day while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. It was peaceful and ideal for unwinding whether you wanted to read swim or simply sit back and enjoy the scenery. The view from the pool area is truly gorgeous and makes it easy to lose track of time. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with a nice variety of fresh options available each morning. There was a little bit of everything and it was more than enough to start the day off right. In the afternoons the bar restaurant was also excellent.

Fin leilighet og bad. Veldig harde senger og beddsofaen var super dårlig. Inge mulighet for overmadrass eller lignende. Kun 2 dyner per rom,så en av oss var nøgd å bruke pledd. Kun vasket 1 gang/uke og håndklær blev ikke skiftet på 10 dager.
