Hotel muy céntrico y con medios de transporte a 5 - 10 minutos caminando. Tranquilo. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias. Los desayunos muy buenos y prácticos. Todo el personal es muy amable y sociable.

Excellent location, most of the major attractions are in walking distance. The whole area is very nice, you can safely walk on the street at night. Staffs were very kind. Our room was comfortable and spacious. My only complaint is the portable air conditioner, it was quite noisy.

This hotel was the only one during our trip across Switzerland that had proper air-conditioning, which made our sleep during an active heatwave bearable. We were also given an extra fan that increased our comfort.
Amenities were great. We loved the jacuzzi tub, though at times it was a bit wonky.
Breakfast was also great. We enjoyed the wide selection of food and the quality was up to standard.
The hotel was conveniently located next to a tram station that made exploring very easy. There were also a lot of restaurant options within walking distance.
Unfortunately, the WiFi was a bit unstable. Overall, we enjoyed our staying.

櫃檯人員跟房間都很舒適,location很方便,只有早餐跟冷氣需要改善,他是裝在外面的所以風口一直會吹到單一的床,然後會一下開一下關, 如果比較敏感的人可能會睡不好

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel
Is conveniently located close to the tram stop and easy to access from the train station; it’s in a beautiful area of town near the churches, lake, and Old Town. The room itself was comfy with a nice bed and plentiful pillows, a deep tub for soaking after a long day, and AC to help me sleep at night. The breakfast was a beautiful spread and super friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

We were six nights on family vacation. The staff the best you have experienced! Service room was great! Front desk is absolutely amazing! We can’t express our gratitude! Anything we ask and we always had a help! Super friendly and super helpful. How to get in and directions. Breakfast was great and delicious! Stuff were great and helpful and friendly! Hotel is in the center of the city, walking to everything! Strongly recommend this Hotel! Greg.
