Aloha, enjoyed our stay at H4 in solothurn. Quieter than being in town. Great location for easy access to town center, just across the pedestrian walkway. Air conditioned hotel, nice in the of summer. Lots of parking. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Enjoy!

Every time I stay here there is a problem. This time the air conditioner did not work and it felt as hot as a sauna in there, I could not sleep. Also, my fridge did not work in the room. The staff does not care.

Alte Lebensmitteln im Kühlschrank (die nicht funktioniert hat), Zimmer gestunken. Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert und ein Zimmerwechsel wurde angeboten, aber auch hier kein funktionierende Klimaanlage aber dafür Party direkt vor dem Fenster. Das Problem mit den Klimaanlagen war schon bei der Anreise bekannt ( Aussage eine Mitarbeiterin) aber wurde nichts gesagt. Nach Beschwerde wollte sich eine von der Geschäftsleitung bezüglich die Höhe eine Preisreduzierung aber bisher nichts gehört!

Es war nicht möglich etwas früher einzuchecken. Als ich spät am Abend eincheckte, wusste das Personal bereits dass meine Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht funktionierte. Sie haben den Fehler aber nicht behoben und mir auch kein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Im Zimmer war es sehr heiss und man konnte kein Fenster öffnen. Es gab nur ein sehr kleines Mini-Fenster mit einer Stahlwand davor. Alle Fenster hatten vorne eine orange Abdeckung und man konnte nicht nach draussen schauen. Ich habe sehr geschwitzt im Zimmer und niemand hat sich darum gekümmert. Auch eine Entschädigung bekam ich nicht. Man hat mich nur an Hotels.com verwiesen. In so ein Hotel wo man sich Null um die Gäste kümmert werde ich nie wieder gehen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Angeblich kann man am Wochenende keinen Servicetechniker organisieren. Die Zimmer haben nur kleine Fenster. Es ist nicht möglich das Zimmer in der Nacht abzukühlen. Somit gefühlte 30 Grad im Zimmer. An Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Entschädigung gab es für uns nur den Preiserlass für den PP in der Garage (CHF 10.00). Dies aber nur auf die Reklamation hin und nicht aus eigenem Gutwill. Gratis Willkommensgetränke werden willkürlich abgegeben. Einige bekommen , andere nicht. Der Barchef ist überaus arrogant und verkauft am liebsten 25.- fränkigen Gin Tonic - sogar mit der Aussage dass es der teuerste Gin Tonik sein werde, den wir je getrunken haben. Billiges Wasser verkaufe er nicht. Für uns gab es keine 2te Zimmerkarte. An den Armaturen im Bad hat es Verkalkungen und das Wasser in der Dusche läuft nicht gut ab. Die Toilette hat ebenfalls alte Verkalkungsflecken und sieht somit dreckig aus. Den Restaurantchef kennen wir seit einigen Jahren. Dieser war wie immer überaus freundlich. Leider konnte er die genannten Probleme nicht lösen - unterschiedliche Kompetenzbereiche. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch und gut. Wir haben schon vor 2-3 Jahren angemerkt, dass vielleicht eine zweite Kaffeemaschine Sinn machen würde. Für uns war es definitiv der letzte Besuch in dieser Unterkunft. Sehr schade.

Defekte Klimaanlage bei 30 Grad (keine Lösung gefunden), schmutzige Badetücher, nicht aufgefülltes Duschgel sowie ein enges und in die Jahre gekommenes Badezimmer. Das Hotel liegt an toller Lage direkt am Wasser.

Die Lautstärke, da das Hotel direkt an der Haupstraße mit Straßenbahn liegt. Das schlechte Frühstück inkl. Kaffee und der “Trainingsbereich“ welcher seinen Namen nicht wert ist. Das Personal war sehr nett.
