Fantastic breakfast! Best ever! You don’t even have to fill your own croissant! There’s everything you could ask for. Wow the cakes!
Loved the location: near the station that goes everywhere, bus stops very close and the boat station too and even closer is the funicular station which is an absolute must do! We could see it from our balcony.
We came back after a day of sightseeing, very hot and rushed up to the pool which we had to ourselves, nice bar up there too.
Room is very comfortable and the coffee machine works well.
We loved the friendly restaurant around the corner Panariellos, big pizza to share
too.

交通便捷, 但由火車站Paradiso到酒店要托行李向下走4×級梯級, 再向下斜行5分鍾三到酒店, 故此我們走的時候帶着行李改乘2號郵政巴士去Lugano乘火車。

Convenient location and clean, well kept hotel. Note outside pool does not open until 09:30, so no chance for an open air swim before work. (There is also an underground indoor pool)

Al nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti da una ragazza estremamente gentile e disponibile alla reception, che ha gestito il nostro check-in in modo sereno e rapido. La comunicazione con l'hotel prima del nostro arrivo è stata altrettanto precisa ed esaustiva, specialmente per quanto riguarda la nostra richiesta di prenotazione di un posto auto. Sono stati molto cortesi nell'indicarci dove parcheggiare. Una volta in camera, abbiamo notato con piacere che la nostra richiesta di due letti separati, essendo con la mia migliore amica, era stata soddisfatta.
La camera era davvero incantevole a mio parere: i letti erano estremamente confortevoli e l'ambiente impeccabile, oltre che moderno.
La mattina successiva, siamo scesi per la colazione, inclusa nel soggiorno, e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla cortesia del personale e dalla loro attenzione verso gli ospiti, preparando un cappuccino su richiesta. Per il resto, la varietà offerta era ampia e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. In seguito, abbiamo fatto una passeggiata sul magnifico lungolago, situato molto vicino all'hotel. Al nostro rientro, avevamo superato l'orario previsto per il check-out, e il personale è stato estremamente comprensivo, concedendoci un po' di tempo extra per raccogliere le nostre cose e lasciare la stanza. Desidero esprimere la mia gratitudine all'hotel per la loro ospitalità e gentilezza, che mi hanno permesso di riposare serenamente e godere appieno di Lugano. Grazie ancora.

Ótimo hotel, exatamente como nas fotos. Único ponto negativo é que não fica no centro, porém super rápido e prático chegar lá de barco ou ônibus (e o hotel ainda disponibiliza o passe). Ficarei de novo a próxima vez que for com certeza.

Uno dei peggiori soggiorni nella mia lunghissima carriera di viaggiatore.
Salvo solo la receptionist che al check in e’ stata rapida e gentile.
Struttura modesta in una location periferica.
Camera dozzinale,buia,lenzuola che non riuscivano a coprire tutto il materasso e con un top per da 1 cm inutile a dir poco inoltre e mal organizzata con impianto luci improponibile.
Infine con il tocco finale della colazione scarsa ,fredda e con i camerieri si preoccupano alla 10:15 di avvisare che alle 10:30 si chiudeva il servizio finiva….tra l’altro alle 10:20 avevano già iniziato a togliere il buffet.
Dimenticavo il tutto per la modifica cifra di oltre 300 euro per una notte.
Imbarazzante sconsigliatissimo
A dimenticavo ho fatto presente il problema delle lenzuola e per risposta ho ottenuto dalla stessa receptionist la risposta mi dispiace lo annoto due bottigliette d’acqua 7 euro

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Paradiso war sehr angenehm. Alles war sauber aufbereitet und die Pools sehen sehr neu aus. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und wir konnten unser Problem mit der Parksituation sehr spontan und einfach lösen. Danke nochmals dafür!
