Sistem IT yang dijalankan traveloka dan koneksinya dengan Hotel Kipling sangat bagus. Voucher hotel tidak perlu ditunjukkan. Staf hotel hanya minta pasport, langsung dilihat di komputer. Begitu cepatnya terkonfirmasi tanpa hal yang berbelit belit. Rasanya tidak sampai 5 menit berinteraksi dengan resepsionis, kunci langsung didapat dan bisa ke kamar.
Jangan ditanya tentang bagaimana petugas hotel, mereka bekerja sangat efektif dan efisien, serta sangat support membantu dengan keramahannya.

Very good hotel, it deserve a 5 star grading !
Top service from very polite professional personnel.
Honestly I chose this hotel at a last minute emergency trip, and it is definitely a very good surprise.
Conveniently situated near the main train station, very good fresh peaceful breakfast, silent and conformable room with full over equip super clean bathroom.
I highly recommend this hotel, and I will come back.

It’s only around 8 mins from metro, but street to hotel is dirty... though the room is a bit small, we like the style and decor, as well as spacious and stylish toilet. Pillow is too soft and flat. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, especially recommend a Thai one next to McD, and a Chinese restaurant opposite to metro (need to go downstairs). overall is a good stay.

Excellent location, easy walk from the train station. Close to the lake, the (free) tram, and a number of good restaurants. Challenges were major construction going on right outside my room (it was incredibly noisy during my stay in March 2026, which was rough after flying all night). My room's closet was broken (you couldn't open it), as was the sink handle. But the staff were kind and thoughtful, especially the dining room staff.
