客房完全沒有足夠的冷氣。歐洲現在是夏天，客房亦沒有雪櫃，十分不方便。

The hotel is near Poterie tram station ,there are two markets around the tram station and the hotel.

房間很小，沒有空調。酒店在斜坡上，不適合帶有小孩和有大件行李。

日本でいうビジネスホテルです。 学会場にバス一本でいけますし、駅まで下りを歩いて8分ほどで、列車でいろいろ行くには便利でした。 ただ、シングル２つと契約したのに、ダブルでした。すぐに文句を言ったら、次の朝帰ると言われたのが２日も続き、アホらしくなりました。まあまあの寝るだけで、朝ごはん食べれてよかったです。

対応は非常に良かった。

I was in Geneva end of June during the heatwave. First accommodation had to be abandoned as it was too hot (no aircon). This property was amazing. Communal area was cool and welcoming. Room was basic (no kettle etc) but the aircon was spot on. Would consider this place again for location, cleanliness and wonderful staff. Free chilled water on pumps at the bar - wonderful touch.

Great place with good rooms

The room was very comfortable and quiet. My only complaint was that our dinner in the restaurant was not good!!

Firstly, the good stuff. A superb, convenient location, clean rooms and friendly staff (what we saw of them, see below). The negatives, very small rooms (ok for 2 people but when the sofa bed is extended it is extremely cramped, the reception staff don't even look up when you enter or leave the hotel (this didn't really bother us but would some people and it also gives a 'can't be bothered' impression), the wooden floors allow every noise from the room above to be heard (especially the clowns on our last night who were dragging chairs across the room for most of the evening/night), only 1 pillow per person and 2 towels between 3 people (no hand towels) and, finally, no tea/coffee making facilities. All in all, not bad but the negatives (mostly minor ones) added up.

Nachtessen würden wir im Hotel nicht mehr. Zimmer wahr ok. Aber die 2 Dübel Löcher sollten behoben werden. Niemand vom Personal spricht Deutsch.
