The property was fine but at 20 minutes bus ride out of town and not a lot around it as it’s a commercial area. It would have been better to stop in town? The place was clean tidy and fine for one night. Chur is not some where I would stayed for more nights but we came off the glacier express to go to Lucerne which was amazing place.

Room was clean with beautiful views. Bus 6 stops right at the front door. Diana at the front desk was incredibly kind and patient answering all our questions. We ate delicious fresh salad and pastries at the coop restaurant.

They served a nice breakfast and was accessable to a shopping mall.

Great location and all the amenities around. Staff at reception were polite and efficient. I would expect a 4 Star facility to provide tea and coffee facilities in the room. When asked, we were charged for Tea Bags. It spoiled the experience a little.

This property was clean and in working order. It had a breakfast available but not included with room. They did have laundry service available which came back in a timely fashion.

The room was too hot even with air conditioning on (which was sub-standard), and the TV was poor - had Englis channels with no audio. Views were great but the location of the hotel was not what we were hoping for.

Quarto novo, amplo e muito bem decorado. A vista das montanhas é linda. O cafe da manha estava bem gostoso e tudo muito fresco.

Modern and nice hotel

I booked this hotel thinking it was near the train station but was about 15mins away. Found it difficult to access as went in to the shopping centre which it is attached to but no signage. The receptionist when we arrived was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. The passes that were included were great as included the busses unfortunately we were not there long enough to enjoy other benefits. Room was great for our needs.

Preis Leistung schlecht. Sehr teuer für wenig Dienstleistung. Eins der wenigen Hotels in Chur mit Fitness, deshalb dieses ausgewählt um nach der Arbeit etwas zu bewegen. 1. Tag Fitness angetroffen ausser Hometrainen ging nichts ohne Chip Karte 2. Tag Chip Karte geholt damit gingen 2 Geräte und für das zahlt man mehr Wäre Churer Gäste Karte am Tag der Anreise ausgestellt worden könnte man die Karte auch bei Anreisetag benutzen und könnte Kosten vermeiden, besonders wenn man über die Gästekarte vor Zimmerbezug am Abend Bescheid weiss. Parkplatz kostet zusätzlich noch 15 CHF. Keine anderen Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden. Daher für Zimmer ohne Frühstück viel zu teuer. Vorteile: - Schönes Badezimmer mit Shampoos, Cremes und vielen Tücher inkl. Föhn - Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher - Mikrowelle im EG

Lovely spacious modern clean room with great mountain views

Tolles Hotel an guter Lage, schönes und sauberes Zimmer und Bad, grosse Dusche. Gerne wieder.
