Check in was an ordeal - 40 mins inc a room change to get the standard of room we booked. Room itself was adequate, certainly not ‘superior’

The rooms were very clean and well organised, no complaints at all.
The only thing I was not satisfied with was the shuttle bus service in the morning. At reception, I was told to reserve a spot, which I did for the next morning and planned my time accordingly. However, when I arrived, I was told the bus was already full. I was then informed that the next bus was also full.
This made the reservation pointless, as there was no guarantee of having a seat despite reserving in advance.
