A wonderful hotel with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn, friendly & welcoming staffs and an excellent restaurant. It was truly enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone who wish to visit Zermatt.

The hotel location is isolated, but which means it is quite good when you walk down from Gornergrat and you can get rest at night without any disturbance from noise.
Moreover, please get a room with Matterhorn view if you can, it is fantastic to see Matterhorn when you wake up in the morning.

半山的位置很不错，比3100更近距离看马特洪峰，酒店早晚饭都不错，spa浴缸和桑拿是最大亮点，顿时值回房价。然而美中不足的是马特洪峰景客房除了最前面的两间，其它的都不像3100是面对山峰，必须要去阳台才能看到，冷了一点

Contudo alguns acessórios do quarto apresentaram problemas, tais como luz do banheiro queimada, secador de cabelo não funcionava e também o telefone estava quebrado. No entanto, o hotel providenciou o concerto da lâmpada e forneceu um secador extra. No mais, a comida e, especialmente, o café da manhã estavam ótimos.

I love the sight around and from the window, the room clean, quiet, staff friendly. What I didn’t like it was the dinner choices were not much to offer, I ordered a duck who looks ok. to order but the meat was very hard and chewy. The breakfast was better with more choices and friendly staff.

Bei der Anreise sehr freundliche Aufnahme u. auch der Hund wird vom Personal willkommen aufgenommen.Die grosse Sonnenterrasse und der Saunabereich mit einmaligen Blick aufs Matterhorn bieten viel Raum zum Relaxen. Beim Dinner war das 4-Gang Menü ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss.
