Our stay was great! We were sad it was only for one night! The pool on the grounds was lovely, as well as close proximity to Termina Therma. We enjoyed our spacious room and the setting was amazing even though it was a bit far from the train station (though taking the bus makes it very reasonable!)

Ho prenotato una doppia nel castello, non rimborsabile. DOPO la prenotazione mi dicono che i cani non possono stare nel castello e ci assegnano una stanza esterna in pessime condizioni. Al check-out sostengono che avevo prenotato una doppia a uso singolo e mi chiedono di parare la differenza x Esperiwnxa terribile. Customer care imbarazzante.

Das Rezeptionspersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Therme kann man gut zu Fuss erreichen und es gibt eine Vergünstigung vom Hotel. Die Zimmer sind für den Preis ok und Sauberkeit ist mit Ausnahmen gut. Eine Renovation ist wohl in näherer Zukunft unabdingbar. Wasser in der Dusche war nur genug warm bei sehr wenig Wasserdruck. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber fein. Leider wird er nicht wirklich betreut und viele Gäste halten sich nicht an das Hygienekonzept (textilfreie Zone). Das Frühstück war ok, die essentiellen Dinge sind vorhanden. Leider wird ab 10 Uhr nicht mehr wirklich nachgefüllt (Frühstück dauert bis 10.30).

Das gebuchte Zimmer im Dachgeschoss und Blick in den Park war nicht frei. Stattdessen wurde ich ohne Erklärung in einem Hinterzimmer mit Blick auf einen Erdhang untergebracht. Das Zimmer versprühte den Charme einer Handwerkerunterkunft, welches bei 198 CHF pro Nacht nicht angemessen ist. Die Matratze war durchgelegen, das Möbel abgewohnt, die Zimmer hellhörig. Über mir wurde ständig Möbel geschoben, unter mir ans Fenster klopfend Einlass erbeten. 2 Nächte konnte ich nicht schlafen. Das Zimmer roch nach Zigarettenqualm, welcher auch das Übersprühen mit Lufterfrischer durch die Hausdame nicht verschwand. Für Nichtraucher und Alleinreisende eine wahre Enttäuschung. Im Restaurant gönnte ich mir ein Dinner, reserviert an einem Tisch mit Blick in die Küche. Leider Standard für Alleinreisende. Der Service war am Abend erstklassig, beim Frühstück fühlte ich mich ungesehen.
Mein Fazit: nicht für Alleinreisende zu empfehlen

Das Zimmer hat leider alt gerochen, die Möbel vor allem Polster und Teppich. Die Putzfrau ist am Morgen einfach ins Zimmer gelaufen, als wir noch im Bett waren. Lange vor Check out um 11:00. Man hat uns nicht korrekt informiert über das Wellness Bad Tamina in der Nähe und in den alten Wellnessbereich vom Schloss geschickt. Dort hat eine Badewanne mit Sprudel nicht funktioniert. Das ganze war sehr altmodisch eingerichtet.
Wir kamen nachts retour und kamen mit unserem Zimmerschlüssel nicht rein und waren vor verschlossener Schlosstüre. Beim Chech in wurden wir nicht informiert und uns wurde kein Badge abgegeben. Das Morgenessen war ok, einfach. Die Tapete im Restaurant war neu und gemütlich wie auch die Lampenschirme zeitgemäss. Die Bar im Schloss war nicht im Betrieb. War eher langweilig. Es hätte jedoch einen wunderbaren Flügel. Der italienische Kellner im Restaurant bei der Ankunft war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ein Aufsteller in diesem Hotel. Er war bescheiden und wollte nicht das Trinkgeld annehmen. Es soll ihm zurück kommen, ein weiser Mann.
