我夏天住在The Flag酒店，总体来说体验非常愉快。酒店干净整洁，房间宽敞，设施也相当齐全，就城市酒店而言。酒店没有空调，只有一个风扇来驱散夏日的炎热，但我其实很欣赏这种更环保的做法。
然而，真正让我难忘的是工作人员的友善和耐心，尤其是Maria。她勇敢地帮我驱赶了一只不知怎么跑进房间的蜘蛛（可能是我出门后从衣服上溜进来的！）。尽管我的英语不太好，她仍然和蔼可亲、耐心地和我交谈；即使我不小心把可口可乐洒在地板上，她也没有失去冷静。……入住期间发生了很多事情，但Maria都以优雅和友善的态度处理了这一切。谢谢你，Maria！
另一位工作人员，一个很酷的小伙子，还好心地帮我加了水。我忘了问他的名字了，希望你下次来的时候能见到他。到时候记得跟他打个招呼 :)

The room is extremely clean and decorated with idea of simplicity which is very cool and Scandinavian.
Moreover,the location is great and near to the train Altstetten Station and tram station Altsttten Nord (both10 mins walk).
More importantly ,staff was very friendly as we arrived far more earlier than the standard chrck-in time. We expected we could only store our luggage and waited for the check-in time came. Surprisingly,the staff allowed us to check-in earlier which Was a gift for us after a 11 hours flight!
Price to service ratio was high.Highly recommended .

Hotel was clean and cozy but the amenities were limited, we have to go easy with the shampoo before it runs out.
Need to take a second thought if you were travelling without a car, you will have to take 20 minutes bus to Zurich HB, and the closest supermarket is like 15 minutes walk away.

Try to arrive when the reception is open. Thought there is a machine at the front door for u to self check in, but it does not work all the time (at least for my booking!) At last I had to call the help desk, which did not speak English very well, and took more than half an hour to check me in.

Great large room with very comfortable bed.
Really nice shower. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. There is a beautiful bakery only 250 meter away.
Taxi both ways to hotel which is only 4 km from central station was very expensive in total for 2 trips was 95 Swiss francs, approx 140 Australian dollars.
It would have been more economical to stay at hotel closer to central station, probably would have saved 50 dollars.

Very friendly staff. Simple breakfast menu with limited options but great coffee. The room was spacious and looked very nice but the bed was hard and pillows too high. The very friendly staff managed to replace the pillows for the second night which helped a lot.

Camera pulita con letto comodo. Cuscini di piume: erano un po' sottili e c'è ne hanno dati altri due senza problemi. Il personale è molto gentile e sorridente. Mi hanno anche aiutato disponendo un regalo nella stanza per farlo trovare alla mia compagna all'arrivo. Cucinino funzionale alla preparazione di cose pronte o di caffè/the. C'è comunque il necessario per due persone. Accesso garage ottimo. Posizione strategica vicino a una fermata del tram, supermercati e a due zone con locali di Altstetten. Solo 20 minuti per essere in centro. Non abbiamo incluso la colazione.
Unico suggerimento: spiegare bene ai clienti come funzionano le pulizie della camera, che vanno benissimo, ma hanno una schedule da comprendere per sfruttarle al meglio.
