I think everything was perfect beside one thing. Pest control was non existent. Although I understand this is tropical island however personally I still think the hotel should have done a better job to at least make an effort for pest control. Other than that, top class hotel for sure one of the best in Samui

On a adoré nos 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. La plage est très belle même si la mer n'est pas si calme, les deux piscines sont super agréables, les cinq restaurants sont un gros plus parce que chaque jour on peut manger quelque chose de différent, le petit-déjeuner génial, le spa et les massages j'ai adoré la salle de sport bien complète aussi. la chambre avec piscine était d'une bonne taille et super agréable par contre les chambres plus simples dans le bâtiment sont un petit peu petites malgré un très chouette balcon. Il y avait beaucoup de monde puisqu'on était au tout début de janvier donc on a senti qu'il y avait pas tellement de transat sur la plage par exemple mais on a quand même toujours trouvé des places autour de la deuxième piscine adulte. Un gros plus c'est quand même le fait que chaque jour on aie une petite attention à manger qui s'appelle la surprise du jour ainsi que une autre petite attention le soir qu'ils déposent dans la chambre ainsi que le mini bar totalement gratuit et remplit tous les jours ça c'était génial. On a adoré
