Jederzeit wieder ! Hier hört die Gastfreundschaft nicht beim Check out auf. Check in ist unkompliziert und man kann sofort, auch wenn das Zimmer noch nicht bereit ist, den Pool, die Bar und alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels nutzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend, immer frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet. Dadurch, dass wir bereits ab dem zweiten Tag mit Namen begrüßt wurden, haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt- vielen Dank an „Mr.“ Pom und Donie. Unser Zimmer (Pool Acces) wurde jeden Tag mit Liebe gereinigt und hergerichtet, es gab jeden Abend eine kleine Süßigkeit liebevoll im gebrandetem Holzkistchen aufs Zimmer. Schön zu sehen, dass nicht nur für die Gäste (benachbarte Zimmer wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes gestrichen) investiert wird, sondern auch für die Mitarbeiter bspw. Eine neue Überdachung an der Frühstücksstation gebaut wurde. Hervorzuheben ist der dezente aber herausragende Service. Per App zwei Flaschen Wasser geordert, diese waren 2 Minuten später schon auf dem Zimmer. Ausgesperrt? Wir waren noch nicht ganz von der Rezeption zurück, wurde uns schon mit einem Lächeln die Tür aufgemacht. Nach dem Check Out, der uns echt schwer gefallen ist, hat uns Ford innerhalb von 30 Sekunden an der Straße ein Taxi zum Flughafen für einen sehr guten Preis hervorgezaubert. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal :)

I had an absolutely incredible stay at The Culture Samui and honestly could not fault a single thing. From the moment I arrived, everything felt peaceful, luxurious, and welcoming — true paradise. I stayed in the Deluxe Beach Access Room and it was amazing. Waking up just steps from the beach and pool was such a special experience, and the room itself was beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful and high quality. The atmosphere throughout the resort is calm and boutique-style, which made it feel very exclusive and relaxing. The staff were exceptional — always friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. They made my stay feel effortless from start to finish. The pool area, beachfront setting, food, and overall vibe were all perfect. It’s one of those rare places where the reality is even better than the photos. I left already wanting to come back and would recommend The Culture Samui to anyone looking for a relaxing luxury escape in Koh Samui. Truly paradise.

Very good

Thailand has very strict laws regarding negative reviews, so I will keep this high-level and simply share a few things you may either enjoy here — or decide are not for you. First: This hotel is extremely close to the airport — so close that you will hear every jet landing and taking off. Aviation enthusiasts may appreciate the front-row experience, as you can step onto your patio and watch commercial aircraft flying just overhead throughout the day and especially early morning. Second: If you enjoy EDM and trance music, one of the area’s most well-known pool party clubs is located next door. With there great and very powerful sound system you will be pleased to know that the music carries clearly into the hotel, meaning you can enjoy the atmosphere from your room — doors open or closed — well into the late evening. Third: Guests seeking a more hands-off service style may find this property aligns with their preferences, as the hospitality experience is more minimal compared to the traditional warm Thai welcome many travelers expect. Finally: if you don’t have children or just hate yours this is a great place to stay with the entire family. As always, different travelers value different things — so it really depends on what kind of stay you’re looking for.

Juste parfait

Poor value for money. Small room very expensive. Nothing special. Basic.

The hotel is right under a flight path and next to a club - so every hour a plane goes over and shakes the windows while the music from the club next door doesnt let you sleep. The beach was nonexistent - so small that they couldnt even put any loungers out. We wanted to check out early but the hotel staff refused to refund any payment as we had booked through hotels.com. Shockingly misleading photos and the high ratings for the hotel are obviously fake.

Check in 2 minutes, stuff great, room comfortable, very clean, nice beach, nice pool, close to the airport but not noisy

Felt like home

Everything was excellent! The view from our room overlooking the pool and sea was amazing. The pool is much bigger in person than in the photos, and the room itself was very nice and tidy. Even though the property is on a road with hotels, bars, and restaurants nearby, you can’t hear a thing once inside the room. Some people mention the planes flying overhead, but it’s minimal (about once every 30 minutes) and honestly quite cool to see. Would definitely recommend! The only minor issue (which was rectified) was that the restaurant waiter didn’t know they could facilitate halal meat if told in advance.

Pool access rooms are nice but the loungers are hogged and bagged constantly despite a note asking for consideration. Plunge pool rooms were nice but right next to each other so can hear the noise next door, novely value but didnt really ise.vits a nice spot but the sea isnt the cleanest which is a shame as its on the beachfront

ホテルの方皆さん優しかったです。 道挟んで向かいにセブンイレブンや飲食出来るお店もあり、不自由しなかったです。コインランドリーも目の前にありましたが、自分で洗濯するタイプではなくクリーニングに近い感じでした。 自転車のレンタルもありましたが、道が整備されていないのでなかなか乗るのは難しそうでした。海ではsupが無料で借りられました。 一階の部屋だったせいか、室内に蟻が入って来てしまい、従業員の方が蟻よけの粉を撒いてくれました。erbのクリームが置いてあり、良い香りに癒されました。 朝食がとっても美味しかったです！！！

Bell’hotel ma molto tranquillo, ristorante non eccellente ma personale super gentile e bellissima piscina. Camera molto bella ma un po’ umida. Bellissimo il verde e la possibilità di utilizzare sup. Mare davanti hotel non memorabile ma forse perché brutto tempo. Vicino ad areoporto quindi comodo.
