DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Topkapi

Très bon accueil, l'hôtel est propre et bien équipé, bon petit déjeuner en buffet avec un très bon service du personnel. Mes enfants ont aimé la salle de sport et la piscine, de ma part j'ai aimé le hammam et le sauna de plus il y'a les deux compartiments femmes et hommes séparés. Un peu loin de la ville mais bien desservi en bus juste à la sortie de l'hôtel. Je le recommande.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and had made sure everything was ready for us. Clean rooms and a good selection of food. Good restaurant and Spa/Gym & Pool area.

Odalar kısa süreli konaklamalar için konforluydu ancak odalardaki aynalar fecii şekilde pisti el izleri ve toz vardı fazlasıyla duşlarda kişisel bakım için kullanılan malzemeler eksikti (kulak çöpü tuvalet kağıdı vs) ıslak zemin için ayak havlusu olmaması kötü :( onun dısında yataklar oldukça konforlu istanbulun bir ucundan bir ucunu karıs karıs gezdikten sonra aile olarak konforlu bi uyku çektik 😍 çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve nazikler teşekkür ederiz .

Service nicht Hilton würdig. Kein Kaffee oder Tee ab 23Uhr an der Bar. Aufzüge sind eine Katastrophe. Halten in jedem Stockwerk. Man braucht viel Geduld um einen Aufzug zu bekommen und dann noch mehr Geduld ım auf sein Stockwerk zu fahren.

I would have give this place 5 stars but its place is right next to no where! There is absolutely nothing next to his place, not even a place for dinning beside the hotel’s restaurant. You have to take taxi or local transportation to get around. It’s clean & staffs are great who speaks English compare to other places but this place is right next to cemetery & local warehouse. There is nothing to see around & no places to walk to local. Rooms are clean & all the amenities are great but my only complain is when you go to pool, you have to buy cap to cover your hair & they charge 3 caps for $40 which is kind of expensive & not worth it but facilities are super clean. Also, the food recommendations they send us was big rip off. Do your research & go to local place to eat.

Goede luxe hotel. We hadden gratis een upgrade naar een luxe kamer op de negende verdieping met uitzicht op de zee. Lagere verdieping en andere zijde van het hotel kijken op een industrieterrein of tegen een flat. Voortreffelijk personeel!! Taxi en bus om de hoek!! Geen winkels en restaurants in de buurt. De pasta van het restaurant is heerlijk!!

i was expecting to have some basic things in the room as it is Hilton, starting from bathrobe, Hygiene products, personal care items, minibar ect ...

We gave booked 4 people and not been given bed we requested but kids one which was not fair despite paid for adult bed

Pool was closed without mentioning any notice when we book it . We have stayed for a week . Every day they push the opening of the pool to the second day ! AC was blowing hot last night . Branded hotel with expensive rate / night should have done better !
