We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Arcadia Blue in Istanbul for one week, and we wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality shown by your team. The courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by the staff exceeded our expectations, rivaling the best hotels in North America. We were particularly impressed by the warm welcome and personalized attention from the reception team, as well as the outstanding service provided by room service. The location is superb. The restaurant has an unparalleled view of the Blue Mosque which makes you want to linger a bit longer at breakfast and dinner to take in the view. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell which when I brought it to the front desks attention apologized and said due to the old pipes - and the direction of the wind - can be an issue. They immediately dispatched someone to pour some drano down the drains to tamp it down.

Staff is super professional and kind! Both in the breakfast room as well as in the reception! Room was incredibly beautiful with a stunning view of Sultanahmet! The rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served it’s breathtaking! The hotel is located near everything you need and very close to the Gran Bazar, Sultanahmet square where there is a Tramway stop that gives you the opportunity to get everywhere without any stress. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know not only because of its location and beautiful features but because of its wonderful staff as well! Mirco
