infinity pool was dirty, staff was not up to Ritz Carlton standard. Nobody used my name ,restaraunt staff was a bit chaotic, valet services took too long , made me feel uncomfortable waiting for wheel chair so long

Our room was always clean, check in and out was especially easy and we were offered a free upgrade on our room. It was the most wonderful experience we had. Breakfast was always great, our room was always clean, and the staff was always very helpful with directions, locations of shops, and where to go/ what to do. Can’t wait to come back!

The best hotel we stayed at in Istanbul. We stayed there during our honeymoon and they upgraded our room and surprised us with a cake, fruit platter and balloons ! The bed was soooo comfy and the room was so luxurious and clean.

Great staff and excellent service

The staff at reception were amazing, always smiling and super helpful. When our rooms weren’t ready we headed to the spa to freshen up for a meeting — honestly it was a great experience, really well equipped. The room itself was huge and so comfortable, loved how clean everything was. One thing worth mentioning though — parking isn’t free, which was a bit of a surprise for a hotel at this level. Overall a really enjoyable stay!

Die Lage vom Hotel und das Hotel an sich ist gut, allerdings ist das Hotel noch im alten Zustand und muss unbedingt erneuert werden. Insbesondere im Badezimmer gibt es keinen Stromstecker für Glätteeisen oder Lockenstab. Als eine Geschäftsfrau konnte ich leider morgens meine Haare nicht machen, weil im Zimmer gibt es keinen Spiegel, sodass ich die Steckdosen im Zimmer nutzen konnte. Es gibt nur einen schmalen Spiegel an der Innentür vom Kleiderschrank !!! Nie wieder kommt dieses Hotel für mich in Frage, da ich sehr auf mein äußeres achte und somit gar nicht die Möglichkeit hatte, mich von Kopf bis Fuß perfekt fertig zu machen. Eine bitte an den Geschäftsführer; unbedingt die Zimmer nutzreicher einrichten.

Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. Murat, the assistant operations manager, was fantastic. He helped us when we needed to buy certain things! Amazing service

Stayed for 3 nights, staff were fantastic, food was great and just an enjoyable stay! Highly recommend 10/10!

まずはロケーションが良くないです。タクシム広場からは10分ですが、坂道が急であることなど上がるのも下がるのもキツイです。 宿泊当日は土曜日なのかホテルの両側で酷い騒音でした。七時に部屋に戻り、窓の直ぐ下を見ると凄い人数のダンスパーティで音楽が大音量で流れてました。窓の防音とかがされてないので部屋は会場にいるような騒音です。とてもいたたまれません。電話して、何とか反対側に移動しましたが、少し離れていても、これからコンサートが始まるらしいのでさらにうるさくなり深夜まで続くと言われて絶望しました。当日はスタジアムは使われてなかったけど、もし試合があればこの比ではないと思います。 リッツカールトンといえば日本でもアフタヌーンティーが有名です。チェックイン後にすごく楽しみにしていましたが、ここは全くありません。カウンターの上のランチメニューとか下げられていて、掃除が始まってました。この食べ物が並ぶのは5時からの枠です。アフタヌーンティーの時間にはほぼ何もありません。 期待に裏切られました。あまりにヴァリエーションも少なく、朝の朝食も日本のと比べるとバリエーション少なくてかなり貧相に見えました。他の人のコメントにあるとおりです。品数が少ないのです。前日のホテルの朝食の量と比較しても4分の１程度。 要約すると、ロケーションが不便、あとロビーがほぼなくて凄く閉塞感感じました。防音仕様のないガラス、外から掃除しないのか、多少汚れてました。 日本のリッツカールトンフリークの方には残念ながらおすすめは出来ないです。唯一良かったのはチェックインの時の男性のスタッフ。そのままずっと好印象であれば、最高点つけられたのにと本当に残念です。 静寂を重んじる日本です。日本のホテルはゲストファーストの国です。ライブ会場の中に泊まってる感じでした。日本ではあり得ないこと です。

otel süper ancak; 2 katta gece etkinlik vardı bize girişte bildirdiler ama önlem alınmadı gece çok gürültü oldu. Dışardan da konser sesi gelince odaya çok gürültü geldi. ir daha alt kat balkon odası almam.
