The lady with eyeglass is the so called on Duty Manager in front desk is very very poor attitude, it ruined our good image of our stay in this hotel, Hotel management should take it seriously, otherwise will destroy hotel images. Choeck out on 18th Nov morning.

Location to the airport. Facility needs to be updated.

Shuttle and front desk staff were great!

I booked the room for my niece so she would be closer to the airport and she had to leave because there were bugs. The front desk wasn't helpful at all. Thankfully the rep with hotels.com was able to get us a full refund. Just gross. Bugs.

The bathroom needs to be updated, but otherwise comfy room. I was there for about 10 hours.

The clerical staff was very rude

When we arrived front desk were not pleasant. Entry was dirty and unattractive. Room was old and kitchen area had no glasses, no trash cans and the sink wouldn’t stop dripping. No screens on windows and definitely not safe with children. Tv in living room had a line through the screen.

The staff checking me in was friendly and helpful. The parking was convenient and its close to the airport. That said there were red stains on the carpet. I really hope it was paint from the one red wall and not blood.

Clean room. Front desk not that friendly.

Expedia mention breakfast is free that’s why I booked and Hotel says its not included

Sraff was inconsistent, one serious grouch at checkin set a bad feeling for the stay. Most hotel staff were fine, but staff in the on-site restaurant clearly did not care if we were hapoy or not. This is an older hotel that is showing it's age. Broken tile, peeling wallpaper, etc. Rooms were clean, but poorly maintained.

You get what you pay for. Common halls wreaked of marijuana covered with some air freshener. Parking is a rip off , you get one night free. Then they charge full days even if you arrived at 11:30 pm 12;30 am counts as 2 days. Go to the parking garage next door as they charge by 24 hours and shuttle is way better. Do not let them give you a room on roadside. Trucks running up the hill make to much noise to get a good sleep.

The workers are very rude and not helpful at all, the restaurant on site was over priced and very slow, I will not stay here again.

Staff at front desk was not helpful and rude. Suggest to replace carpet making the room and hallway too old and dim dark

The front desk lady was so short it was almost rude. The rooms are a little run down. The beds and pilliws were surprisingly comfortable. The Tai restaurant was very good.

This is a great hotel if needing to stay close to the airport. 😊

The room and location was spot on. There were 2 people working the front desk. The man was friendly enough and helpful. The woman was short and rude. Not very helpful.

Bedroom door with large hole punched in it. Ends of couch coming off. Window tracks dirty. Vending machine very dirty (disgusting). Service was good. Nice suite arrangement.
