諾富特下龍灣酒店

The room is dim, gloomy and you might hard to find something, such as, if you leave something in the room and ask hotel to find it, it will not be found by anyone who work in hotel.

Novotel還是維持一往的國家連鎖飯店水準，不會有太大的驚喜，也不會讓人失望。

即使不是新飯店，但維持的蠻好的！

地点位置便利，选择品牌饭店不会错的。

飯店前面太多動工的工程很雜亂！

CP值很高 雖然下龍灣飯店都很便宜 這間價錢算是下龍灣高的 但是物超所值 早餐非常豐富

The hotel is at the center of the city, very convenient to the local market street

一貫Novotel味道, 雖然酒店身處旅遊區, 但始終擺脫不了商務比較重的感覺, 早餐種類選擇可以, 但人太多, 去附近新開的主題公園近, 走路才20-30分鐘, 沿途有美食街/超市, 整體上酒店的地理位置不錯

客房服務很好，客房也不錯，可惜外面海灘在做大工程，買了海景房但沒有景。 退房等接駁沒等到，請櫃檯幫忙聯繫櫃檯人員很熱心。

越南行的第一個入住旅館，多為國際客，飯店人員都能用英文對答，印象相當好。房間乾淨舒適，浴室空間寬敞，並可俯視下龍灣海景，可惜海岸線正在興建新的遊樂景點工程有點煞風景，但也可以期待未來這裡旅遊會更加熱門方便。餐點相當可口豐盛，以星級旅館來說CP值相當讚。

overall it is old fashion hotel. The bedding sheet is low quality, the mattress is extraordinary and the worst I've every seen in Accor Group

此次家庭旅行在Novotel的住宿很令人失望。首先，饭店的位置本来应该是很好的，但我们到的几天里，对面的海滩一直在施工，根本没有办法到海滩去，而且尘土很大，一天下来整个饭店的房间里也都是尘土！另外，最让人失望的是，我母亲食用了小吧台上的免费咖啡，之后就开始上吐下泻，病了两天的时间。我知道母亲食物中毒是因为小吧台上的速溶咖啡和糖造成的，是因为这些是唯一我母亲和我吃的不同的东西，而我没有任何食物中毒的情况。饭店的服务人员虽然帮忙找了医生和药物，但不承认是由于小吧台上的速溶咖啡导致的我母亲食物中毒，我母亲在这个饭店病了两天，我们放弃了所有的旅行计划，但饭店却拒绝给予任何补偿！非常令人失望！由于此事，我个人将来不再会考虑使用Novotel的任何产品和服务！

The experience in this hotel was rather disappointed! The hotel location was supposed to be good, but when we arrived, the beach was under construction and dirt came in the room everywhere. Most disappointed thing was that My mum took the free coffee on the Minibar in the room, and was poisoned with the coffee, with vomit and diarrhoea for more than 10 times over 2 days. The whole trip plan was cancelled because of this. Even though the hotel staff helped to provide temporary midecal care and medicines, they refused to admit the cause is the instant coffee and suger in the Minibar. My Mum got no compensation at all and was sick in the hotel for 2 days! I will not trust or use Novotel from now on because of this incident, because they do not dare to admit any incident happened because of their product!

是下龙湾比较好的酒店，各方面都不错

純住宿不錯，若是渡假就太單調了！一個破舊的泳池，幾張躺椅，只能坐在他們戶外餐廳的椅子。

只是住宿還不錯，但若是渡假就不是那麼理想，泳池小且舊又在街邊很吵，沒有太多的設施。住了3天是太長了。

Lovely stay, rooms are very comfy and the staff are SUPER. My daughter lost her wallet in Halong bay, Police called the hotel and hotel staff Anh accompanied us until we got her wallet Absolutely amazing service!!!

Room was excellent, staff were kind and helpful. Amenities were good, however the pool area could do with some maintenance, it’s starting to become a bit grubby and run down. No umbrellas were out.

Honestly, I didn't have high expectations before arriving, but after experiencing it, everything was great, from the clean rooms and comfortable beds to the very helpful and friendly staff
