Gia đình mình đã có một trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời tại resort. Mình có một em bé 5 tháng tuổi và đã nhận được mọi sự ưu tiên. Nhân viên thân thiện, đồ ăn ngon, so với giá thành và chất lượng thức ăn mình thấy khá ổn. Phòng đẹp, thoáng đãng, sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện. Mình sẽ quay trở lại resort một lần nữa nếu quay lại Cam Ranh.

A great location, the beach is probably the most beautiful in this area. The sand is fine, the water is very clear, and the depth with the waves is perfect for relaxing swimming. I will come back here, perfect.

Phòng giống hệt hình, rộng rãi, tầng cao view nhìn ra biển đẹp xuất sắc luôn ạ ! Từ sân bay về khách sạn 6km thuii ạ, rất thuận lợi cho người đến muộn về sớm như mình :) Mình đến checkin lúc 11h tối nhưng nhân viên vẫn hỗ trợ nhiệt tình mang vali lên tận phòng và hướng dẫn sử dụng các dịch vụ vui chơi và ăn uống tại khách sạn. khách sạn có nhiều bể bơi, tha hồ bơi từ sáng tới tối, nhạc bar chill chill nữa. Buổi tối có màn hình chiếu phim hoạt hình cho các bạn nhỏ rất đáng yêu luôn ạ, như 1 rạp chiếu phim thiên nhiên nhé cả nhà. Buffet sáng thay đổi đa dạng các món ăn, uống. khách sạn rất thích hợp cho kỳ nghỉ dưỡng, xả xì choét tuyệt vời luôn ạ Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào 1 dịp gần nhất ạ! love

We stayed here for a week and it was great place to relax. The executive lounge was a welcomed place to go after a day by the pool, but it would have been nicer to have more food options available and for longer periods of time considering the price. Part of the executive lounge perks was a turndown service which did not happen. We also booked an airport pickup which was forgotten about which was a bit disappointing. These were just minor details which could have been opportunities for the hotel to really demonstrate their customer care in addition to their usual good service but it didn't seem like it occurred to the staff to ask us about our stay. Also, putting on more busses to and from nha trang would be really useful for guests too.

海とヤシの木とプールが本当に綺麗で、適温でずっといたくなるホテルでした。
朝ごはん、夜ごはんもとても豪華で美味しかったです。
お部屋も綺麗で、毎日水も十分に補充されます。
近くにマーケットなどがなさそうで心配していましたが問題ありませんでした。
スパにはミストサウナとホットサウナがあり、体をのんびり休めることができました。
（家族連れがちらほらいて、御高齢の方のマナーは少し気になりました。プールでタンを吐く、レストランの列に割り込む）

再訪するぐらいなので基本気に入っております
特にオーシャンフロントのヴィラは居心地満点
トイレが二か所あるのも地味に嬉しい
ヴィラ自体の導線が優れているのも良いデス
プライベートプールも最高で寛げました
朝食は普通です(笑)期待しなければ大丈夫かと
ヴィラ宿泊者はホテル棟の最上階のラウンジが使えます
夕方のカクテルタイム１７時～１８時は
お酒類が無料で飲み放題
今回はスパークリングもありました
スタッフさんも親切で楽しい滞在になりました

Stayed in the two-bedroom ocean view villa.
Cons:
Daughter got a piece of the pool tile in her foot. Told the front desk, the only thing they said was sorry for the inconvenience.
A dinner glass broke in her mouth. She had to spit it out on the table.
Lots of maintenance issues: pool was dirty, espresso machine didn’t work, two of the three showers weren’t working.
Chef came up to the table to ask how the food was. SE Asian food was pretty good, western was always off the mark. I’m not sure of the hotel manages the beach much as there was a lot of trash.
Pros: Maintenance was quick to response to the first initial issues.
Restaurant staff was very nice and attentive.
Kids club was wonderful and the woman working there was amazing towards kids.

Nice resort which is closed to Cam Ranh airport. However, it’s 35 to 40 minutes away from the city, the shuttle service is limited twice per day from the resort to the city and only one time from the city back to the resort. The breakfast buffet was so so, it could be improved. The beach was very nice but we could not swim there due to high current and very stiff shoreline. I had to walk to the resort next door to swim. The hot steam and sauna area are very cleaned and not so crowded. I enjoyed it very much.

Super flot hotel og vi boede i en Villa med privat pool. Men rengøring var af meget dårlig kvalitet og roomservice var helt utrolig langsom. Det virkede generelt til at hotellet var meget underbemandet med personale som alle var søde og meget imødekommende, men de var alt for få til det antal gæster der var.

We had a beach villa with private pool and the stay was excellent. Great place to relax with a very nice beach in front. There is nothing else around, so make sure you only come to relax and enjoy the hotel.
