Definitely recommend. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Loved the city view from our room. Breakfast had lots to choose from and all good. The staff at checkin and bar were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and nice bed

The check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the room was quite small and cramped. Breakfast was just average, with limited options. My biggest issue was with the laundry service staff. I purchased a laundry voucher and received a code to use the machines, but the code didn’t work. Instead of being helpful, the staff member questioned me in an unfriendly way, asking how many times I had already used the code. I explained to her, “I’ve only been here for 4 days and this is my first time doing laundry—how could I have used it multiple times?” She did reset the code for me, but her attitude was clearly annoyed and unpleasant, as if she assumed I was trying to reuse an old code.

Clean room and friendly staffs

I was super impressed with the property. I wasn’t sure what I was getting into when I booked, but I figured being part of the Hyatt Group it couldn’t be too bad. Check in was easy, in fact a got a room at noon. The woman at the front desk was helpful and proactive. The layout of the room was well thought out with plenty of outlets and charging options. Breakfast had so many wonder options, more than the prior seven hotels I had stayed at in Vietnam. The only slight annoyance and I mean slight, was the thickness of the hall carpet on the guest room hallways was deeper than necessary and made moving rolling suitcases a bit of a hassle. Remember I said slight, lol. I would highly recommend this hotel to all!

The property was welcoming to my dog. The breakfast buffet selection was superb. The hotel staff retrieved my credit card from the elevator shaft in less than an hour. I dropped the credit card exiting the elevator.

The staffs are great. Good location

All staffs are so nice and helpful, the only problem with bathroom is so small.
