1. We arrived at 14. 30PM, but the rooms were not ready; And we finally checked in at 16.00.2. The Hotel Lobby was extremely hot! Our baby has to sleep in the Toilet because of the hot lobby and our room were not READY even though we arrived at around 14. 30PM. 3. The staff and manager said that the turn off the AC in the LOBBY (Whole ground floor), LIFT, and Rooms Corridor due to saving budget? That is horrible and can count as ROBBERY (Because we paid the ROOMS in full price and normal condition)! 4. They only provide 2 bottle of water in each room; And if we need any additional water, they will charge it Rp 25.000? This is nonsense. First of all, in every stay, hotel room usually provide 4 bottle of water (2 in the toilet, 2 in the minibar, as minimal), and we allowed to have additional 2 bottle of water. HOWEVER, considering this is so called 5 star hotel? Grand Mercure Kemayoran only limit 2 bottle of water in each room every day? This is robbery! 5. They only provide 2 large towels for shower. Where are the other 2 small towels? They do not provide it and we have to ask the hotel to give us the small towels? 6. Because of this nonsense regulation, if we order Grabfood, Gofood, or Food Delivery; We have to collect the item in the Car Entrance (which is quite far and annoying). They don't allow the Courier to bring the item to the Hotel concierge, due to safety matters! Nonsense! 7. We ordered baby crib, but the baby crib was DIRTY! The baby pillows were dirty! 8. I stayed in this hotel 2 times before the pandemic and those stays were great. However, since out last stay, we will never coming back to this hotel! HORRIBLE!
