The staff is very friendly, very informative, & very helpful. Breakfast is quite varied, only for us the food is a bit salty, cured by the noodle station whose staff is very friendly 🫰🏽👍. It is easily accessible by public transportation. Close to the rides in Sentosa & many delicious restaurants around it. It was very enjoyable to be able to stay 3 days 2 nights at Village Sentosa. Check in is a chore-we waited for a long time for the self-check in. The process is not so automatic. Remember to approach the staff for help. That said, the service is good. And the security is tight-we need to show photo ID to access the lifts and must use the key card to access the floor. The room that was cleaned had a sticker seal on the door. The room is big. Basic toiletries are given-shampoos, body wash, toothbrushes, vanity set (cotton bugs & pads), shower cap. 2 kinds of TWG teabags (Sencha & English breakfast tea-2 each) & instant Nescafe coffee are also given. Towels are ample-but I have 1 gripe. There's a large brown stain on one the towels.

I spent my honeymoon here and it was really satisfying! They upgraded my room into the suite one. Everything was beautiful and thoughtful, the room (included bathroom) was very clean, the breakfast was awesome, and it's very near to the station (only 1 min away!). I really had the most pleasant stay in here and if I go back to Sentosa, I will stay again at this hotel :)

Was there for my birthday and Mother's Day, booked 2 rooms, all are good from check in to check out. My family and I have good memories of this place, since it was called Festive Hotel back then till now known as Hotel Ora. The check-in lady has a sweet demeanor and the staff who brought us up was friendly and professional (named Robin I believe). My family enjoyed the time there, we will be back for staycation again.

I had the most quiet time in Equarius that I can just spend time on myself and appreciate the natural surroundings as well away from the busy city, the news and the many crowds especially. The foods is so delicious and yet simplicity is the most I found very close to my heart. I had a great time swimming in the pool every morning where I decided to extend one more day. But I promise the next time I coming back, I will hit the gym and the swimming pool at the same day. To everyone that prefers to go outdoor, just take the shuttle bus that will pick you up every 10 - 15 minutes to the Universal Studio or just to eat. There's so many preferences restaurants to you can pick. Also for some small family that had difficulty to shower especially in bathtub with a big giant mirror from the bed is the main situation where it should be hideous see through from outside when taking the bath. Where we need a mirror in the bathroom as well. So thank you again Equarius. Take Care & Stay Safe. 😀.

The check-in staff is friendly and helpful. She helped us all the way through the check-in process and made sure we had the rooms on the same floor. Also, she made sure the rooms are well prepared although we checked in 15 minutes too early. The location is superb, easy to get around Orchard Road. This is a beautiful and clean hotel, with great services provided by front desk and concierge. It is a hidden gem and quiet getaway if you are looking to rest and retreat from the city staycation. We had a wonderful experience at the One15 Marina Cove. I booked the Hillview Room but was surprised by the front desk of the complimentary upgrade to the Marina View Room. It encompassed of all of the amenities needed, and has a balcony view of the view of yachts. The rooms were clean, very comfortable (there was even a TV by the bathtub) Excellent property and very convenient to Cold Storage, playgrounds, and restaurants. Personally, I think everything was great, except that bedding was a little firm for liking, and the water pressure/heating can be improved more. Other than that, I will come back to stay in this hotel for staycation in Sentosa. If you are looking for a place to slow down and break from being busy, this is it.

The Outpost Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

The location is so strategic. I stayed there for Waterbomb Festival and I’ve got easy access because it’s so close to Sentosa Express. Everything is great & I want to come back.
