Xperience Voucher Validity

The validity of your vouchers or tickets will be subject to each partner’s redemption and reservation policy. Depending on the voucher or ticket type, you will be able to redeem and use it only on the stated visit date or within your chosen period. Please check the information when selecting a voucher or ticket.

There are 3 types of Xperience voucher validity as of now:

1. Flexible Date VouchersFor this type of voucher, the validity is typically longer than 1 day. This means you can still use your voucher beyond the selected planned visit date, as long as it is within the validity period.

Note that we strongly suggest you visit the venue on your selected visit date to ensure the availability of service. If you decide to visit the venue some time later or outside the selected visit date (even though it’s still within the validity period), we suggest you contact the partner prior to visiting to avoid issues with the booking.

2. Fixed Date VouchersFor this type of voucher, the validity of the voucher is only for 1 day, which falls on your selected visit date. If you do not redeem or use your voucher on the selected visit date, the voucher will expire and cannot be used on another date anymore.

3. Open-dated VouchersFor this type of voucher, the validity of the voucher is typically longer than 1 day and usually lasts for months. Your voucher will be valid starting from the purchased date until the end of the validity date applied for the voucher. This means you can still use your voucher anytime beyond your selected visit date, as long as it is before the end of the validity period. However, even though the voucher can be used at any time during the period, you are still encouraged to contact the partner for reservations (when you would like to redeem the voucher).
