About Easy Reschedule

Check if your activity can be rescheduled first—find the reschedule policy on your voucher or in the activity details page.

If you cannot make it to the activity on the day for any reason, your reservation can be rescheduled to any available date within 14 days of your initial visit date using the Easy Reschedule feature. 

Please note that you can only reschedule to another date where vouchers are priced lower or equal to your initial activity voucher. Reschedule requests will apply to all pax in the same Traveloka Booking ID, and this can only be done up to 2 times. If your booking has been rescheduled, it is not refundable.
