How to Cancel and Get a Refund for an Xperience Booking

Before booking an Xperience, please check Cancellation Policy at the bottom of the page before tapping Find Tickets to see if it’s eligible for cancellation or refund

After you have made your booking, you can check your Xperience’s cancellation policy on your voucher through My Booking. If your booking is eligible for cancellation or refund, you will be able to see our Customer Service number after tapping Refund

To request your refund, contact our Customer Service by tapping on the provided phone number. Please note that a cancellation fee will apply.
