The amount of refund you will get for refundable bookings depends on each partner’s policy and activity type (for up to a percentage if you submit your request long before the selected visit date). The returned amount will not include service fees, discount coupons, and bank transfer unique code charge.

Some of our partners, event organizers, and tour operators apply a strict cancellation policy. For example, cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the selected visit date and time can be eligible for up to a percentage of refund of the original price. However, different activities may have different terms and conditions on the refund calculation.
