Checking the Reschedule Policy

Under each item in an Xperience activity page, you may read the full policy by clicking View Details and find the summary of each voucher’s reschedule policy in the Reschedule & Refund section under Activity Details.

However, be sure to check the reschedule eligibility under the validity info.

  • Reschedule Available means you are eligible to reschedule your booking directly in the app by using the Easy Reschedule feature as long as you still follow the policy.
  • Reschedule Not Available means you will not be able to reschedule your booking to another date at all.
