Checking the Cancellation Policy

Under each item in an Xperience activity page, you may read the full policy by clicking View Details and find the summary of each voucher’s cancellation policy in the Reschedule & Refund section under Activity Details.

However, be sure to check the refund eligibility under the voucher validity info:

  • Easy Refund means you may submit your refund request directly in the app as long as you still follow the policy after booking.
  • Non-refundable means we will not give you a refund on the booking
