Foi muito ruim, secador do banheiro não funcionava. Para falar com a recepção tive que ligar do meu celular no telefone do hotel, as chamadas dos quartos não atendem. Box do banheiro entupido, tivemos que mudar de quarto. Nenhuma presteza em agilizar os serviços.

Even though it’s a nice hotel when compared to others, the bed is small and uncomfortable and the hairdryer inefficient. The restaurant serves a really bad pizza. A/C too old.

The hotel room was nice, clean and it smelled really pleasant. Toilet water tank was running water constantly, making noises that interrupted our sleep. Maintenance came to fix it but it didn't last long. Bathroom sink was leaking on top of granite and it got my personal things wet. No breakfast included was thumbs down. It should have been included for the price.

I came to Florianopolis to just get AWAY! and the Mercure Convention Center provided a great opportunity to do just that and at a very affordable price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I felt MOST welcome. I would stay again!

Location and rooms are ok. Food was expensive and poor quality, restaurant looks ugly. Although located outside the city, no garden area to take a coffee/drink.
