Very friendly and helpful staff even though I could not speak Portuguese they always where very willing to assist. Good gym facilities and breakfast. Very good location!

Reservei uma estadia para meus pais na suíte Deluxe, e fiquei muito desapontada. Primeiramente com o serviço, já que não deram informações básicas de como acessar a internet ou de como usar o cartão para abrir a porta do quarto, ainda mais se tratando de um casal de idosos. Fiquei surpresa de saber que ninguém sequer os acompanhou até o quarto, e além disso tiveram que pagar estacionamento, algo que não estava escrito em nenhum lugar no momento que paguei a hospedagem. Achei um absurdo pagar quase $700 reais em uma noite em um hotel 4 estrelas e não receber o mínimo de um bom atendimento e suporte, além disso o quarto tinha manchas nas paredes e não estava bem higienizado. Também me surpreendeu não ter banheira no banheiro, achei que era algo comum de se esperar em uma suíte Deluxe de um hotel desse porte. Não recomendo para ninguém!

Foi muito ruim, secador do banheiro não funcionava. Para falar com a recepção tive que ligar do meu celular no telefone do hotel, as chamadas dos quartos não atendem. Box do banheiro entupido, tivemos que mudar de quarto. Nenhuma presteza em agilizar os serviços.

Duas hospedagens em uma semana. E nada mudou. Por conhecer a rede, acredito que este hotel nao deveria ser da linha Mercure. Talvez um ibis.
A agua quente demora mto para chegar até a pia.
A cama tinha dois lencois de solteiro para cobrir uma cama de casal (será que estavam sem lençóis de casal?). A televisão chiava muito. Reclamamos, conseguiram aumentar o volume, mas sem retirar o chiado. O quarto nao possui aquecimento. Apenas ar condicionado frio. Como la está sempre frio, irá passar frio a noite como eu passei.
O estacionamento é pago e não tem nenhum controle de entrada e saída. Cheguei com muitas malas e nao tinha ninguem para ajudar a levar aos quartos.

Atendimento um pouco frio, o hotel está velho, móveis estourados e velhos, cofre não funciona, limpeza deixou muito a desejar, banheiro sujo, o copo usado não foi limpo ou trocado, condições de higiene duvidosas. O espaço de café da manhã a "la carte" é muito bom e dentro das expectativas. Localização boa, em lugar tranquilo e seguro. O hall de entrada é bonito e impressiona, pena os quartos não corresponderem.

Excelente hotel, estou retornando. No entanto, desta vez estranhamos não ter alguns ítens que nos hotéis da rede que costumamos ficar sempre tem. Minha esposa deu falta do secador de cabelos. O congelador do frigobar do quarto estava cheio de gelo, queriamos botar uma bebida para gelar e não coube.
No mais o hotel tem ótima localização, restaurante bom, ótimo café da manhã e um Staff super atencioso. Em linhas gerais adoramos a estadia.

Excelent localization, but poor pool and gym room, nice parking but charged separately (sure that the price of diary was priced enough !)
During the web reservation, paid the amount including breakfast, but in check-in this information was not included in the hotel system.

Good Brand Mercure , but with an old room. The bathroom is too small. Excellent breakfast, but it costs R$ 32,00/person. There's parking with aditional cost.

The hotel was well located for access to other parts of town by an excellent taxi service. We also engaged a Hire car operator who services the hotel for a 6 hour tour around a large part of the Florianopolis island which was excellent.

It was a very cold night, the air conditioner was not working, there were no extra blankets, no extra toillet paper, ammenities for one person and long cue for check out. very bad experience during Valantine's day.

The hotel room was nice, clean and it smelled really pleasant.
Toilet water tank was running water constantly, making noises that interrupted our sleep. Maintenance came to fix it but it didn't last long. Bathroom sink was leaking on top of granite and it got my personal things wet.
No breakfast included was thumbs down. It should have been included for the price.

I came to Florianopolis to just get AWAY! and the Mercure Convention Center provided a great opportunity to do just that and at a very affordable price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I felt MOST welcome. I would stay again!
