Room was clean and the process from check in, stay, and check out was very smooth and pleasing. Everything was super easy access. Staff were friendly. Also the mariott app has all the functions if you have any requests through the app. Staff was fast bringinf everything to the room.

Hotel was surprisingly quiet. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Indoor tunnel connected to Union station is a big plus in a cold Canadian winter day. Breakfast selection was average and the price expensive. Otherwise an enjoyable stay with family.
