The location is unbeatable if you are in town for an event or sightseeing. The staff are warm, welcoming and genuinely seem to want to help make your stay memorable. Restaurants are excellent.The pool was amazing. It was my first time staying at the Delta and it's now my favorite hotel in the city.

My daughter, mother and myself stayed for the night, just so we could do all the fun tourist Toronto activities. Ripleys. CN tower. Had an excellent diner at SoCo right in the hotel! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with check in, valet, baggage carry in/ out. Travelling with kids / toddler require a lot of stuff an it wasn’t a problem for them to help me unload and load back in. 10/10 will definitely be staying here again soon! Go Leafs!

It is in the perfect spot to find different restaurants and things to do by walking around. It is very clean and the food is amazing at soca kitchen

Fine location but we were unaware that the hotel was hosting guests that were clearly way more important then normal "regular" humans... apparently famous people for world cup were staying there as well so aside from pool and gym not being available restaurants were hard to get to...entry into hotel was super difficult and sometimes impossible...at one poimt we had to stand fkr almost a half hour in lobby before being allowed access to our 500 dollar a night room..basically we felt like 2nd class guests because someone clearly more important to marriot was staying there..we wojld have much rather been notified and we would have booked else where..the hotel was fine with charging top dollar and providing limited access limited care and limited amenities while capitalizing off messy and obtrusive crowds at the front door.
