Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and made the check in and out very easy! The entire hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious and views were wonderful! Location was very central to all attractions and tons of dining options within a very short walking distance.

Great location for Raptors game and aquarium. Nice hotel. Was up top on a high floor. Enjoyed the indoor pool with cold weather outside.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room looked clean at first. However, some corners and parts of the bathroom were not properly cleaned, and there was dust in the room. Even after housekeeping, the floor was still not fully vacuumed. The pool and hot tub also did not seem very clean, especially considering how many people were using them.
