We stayed in a family suite on the 28th floor which was provided with a laundry to the residence for the same floor. It was perfect to us, as a family of five, we have a lot of clothes to take care of. More, the room has a beautiful city and harbor view as we look out of the windows. The hotel staffs always greets with happy smiles, and the breakfast buffet offers a great range of quality food. We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

Nice location. Comfortable beds. Lobby luggage service on arrival missing. Carts to move luggages in poor condition. Breakfast buffet lacking. Lobby service excellent.

This was one the best hotels I ever stayed in rooms was nice and clean staff was helpful and have great customer service breakfast was good as well great stayed I’ll be visiting in the future again. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff was kind. The room was clean but a dirty plate was left in the room for 3 days. View was nice of the lake. Restaurant quality was just ok. Had a hard time getting reservations for the rooftop bar even though we were staying there. Directions on where to park would have been helpful. We just happened to kind of figure it out.

The breakfast was on the pricey side we went out to eat down the street ..the hotel was very nice and classy very modern..

A family trip to Toronto and our stay at Delta was perfect. The ideal place to stay for sightseeing downtown. The train to and from the airport was accessible by indoor walkways. Comfortable room and folks at front desk/concierge desk helped us daily. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Nice and new hotel. GREAT location. Lots of bars and restaurants close by, super easy to get to Rogers Stadium. If you can afford the price tag, it’s a great place to stay!

This was a perfect spot for convenience going to a baseball game; seeing the CN tower and Ripleys aquarium. All in walking distance. Also, very convenient using the train from the airport.

We had a very nice stay at Delta Hotels. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of Rogers Centre, Ripley’s Aquarium, Harbourfront, and the CN Tower. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a meal without needing to drive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the great views from the hotel. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for our stay in Toronto. The only downside was the crowds after events at Rogers Centre. If you’re driving and parked at the hotel, expect traffic and heavy pedestrian congestion when the stadium empties, which can make getting in and out a bit challenging.
