Conveniently located just a few minutes walking to the Sky Train station (New Westminster station, Expo Line). Has pretty much everything you need in walking distance and if you want to head downtown, it’s easy to hop into the Sky Train. Staff are lovely.

The hotel is great and rooms are comfortable. There is no breakfast included but they do offer 10% off at a local breakfast spot and Angelina's was very good. The website says 20%off for food and beverage, but that is only for the Boathouse restaurant which is expensive. The parking is also an additional $17 but they don't mention the additional 34% tax on top of that which brings it up to $23 per day. Keep in mind breakfast and parking for 2 people will add an extra $80/day when booking your hotel choice. (4 adults at breakfast was $120)

There were bugs crawling in the tub. The check-in experience was great. However, the lady at check out was too disconnected - didn't even bother to ask how was our stay. There should be more courteous staff at the desk.
