Love the location and staff!

The front desk gentleman was very standoffish. I get that a lot of people who book in that area party. But I work 16hrs and just needed somewhere to sleep. His tone and demeanor made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed.

Everything was extremely perfect. I would definitely stay in your hotel again.

Location isn't as accessible from the metro station as it looks. There are many stairs and a roundabout path must be taken to get to the hotel from the train. Room wasn't available when I arrived, which is fine, but I had to go back and check with the front desk to figure out when one was ready, I never got a text or email. Room had a nice view but was otherwise unremarkable. My partner described the mattress as "carboard-like". The shower head in the shower was so low I had to squat to wash my hair and I'm not even that tall of a girl. But things were generally pretty clean.

Dated, next to elevator and ice machine that ran all night, thin walls so I listened to other rooms TVs and people yelling in hallway. Dirty dishes left by ice machine for more then 24 hours so I question housekeeping.

No parking in front. Went to parkade but no key to get up and had to walk through and up. Front desk person was mediocre and just handed keys with no info on pool, wifi etc. got up after 5 hours of travel and couldn’t find a room service menu. Called down to front desk and they told us to come down for it - wow awesome service we are paying for. Received room service and room was decent but no seasoning brought up, no water. Just a plate on a tray with silverware. First and last stay for us.

Check in personal we very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean and view was amazing.

I absolutely loved my trip there. We don’t live very far away, but the view out my window was insane. We stayed on the Quay side and had a balcony, and it’s quite surreal to be lying in your bed and watch a boat go by. I will 100% be back… I didn’t really give a rating for the free breakfast because there wasn’t one and the picture of the room has my blanket blankets on the bed. But it was very clean, right beside the market, convenient parking at a really cheap rate for the area, and the staff was amazing and we had a great time

No microwave was available to in the lobby, and the stairmaster in the fitness center did not work properly (selecting a program did not work; had to manually increase the level), but what was really disappointing was going to the restaurant next door, The Boathouse, after the hotel clerk handed me a card that stated a 20% discount if we eat at there. My companion and I relied on the card and ordered food that totaled over $200. We were handed the bill, however, that showed a $20 deduction, not 20%. When I questioned the bill, the manager was called who explained that the card is good for up to $20. I asked why it was not mentioned on the card and she said to talk to the hotel clerk, so I did. The hotel clerk said that she never heard of the $20 limit. I went back to the manager and she stormed to the front desk to tell the clerk about the limit. Not getting the discount was ok with me; it was the restaurant manager's rude behavior that bothered me. She made no apology whatsoever and just gave me this 'too bad' attitude. We had favorite restaurants to go to in New Westminster. We tried The Boathouse only because of the offer that turned out to be misleading.
