Inn at the Quay

First time I’ve stayed at the Quay despite living in new west and then area for 0ver 40 years. Disappointed I haven’t stayed here sooner and will definitely be back

River front. Beautiful balcony views.

No bar on site. Restaurant and bar were next door. The train noise was manageable as long as you kept the balcony door closed. The hotel room was okay, a little tired looking but the view was awesome of the Fraser River. It is advertised as a 3 star hotel and I think that rating fits. The ladies on the day shift at the front desk were very nice but the gentleman on the night shift was not so helpful. The facility was close to family so very convenient. I did not like the underground parking situation much. At times it was hard to find parking, nothing was reserved for hotel guests only. Travelling by myself I didn't like coming back at night and being in the underground parking by myself as it was open and not gated. The ammenities lacked such as the hotel store to pick up snacks etc. Some floors had an ice and pop machine. I would think about staying here again if there wasn't something else closer and a bit newer. The nightly rate was $303 canadian (expedia rate) and I feel like the amenities and room could have been better.

Had a great stay, the room was clean and quiet. We had our dog with us and they were very accomdating

A very good option for New Westminster and for access to the GVA with the SkyTrain stop so near. Boardwalk available for morning and evening walks with your dog.

Views were great. Parking was easy and restaurants nearby were delicious.

Quiet rooms, comfy beds.

In was great with great views. Room was comfortable and clean. Only downside was person in next room had a small dog that barked a lot and was quite disruptive.

Beautiful view, comfortable, clean, walking distance to several restaurants. The only thing missing is a laundry room, but they do offer same day laundry service.

Beautiful view, comfy beds, very nice staff, and they accommodated our super late check-in without any issues. Would love to stay there again!

Hotel service was absolutely lovely.

Right along the boardwalk, arrived late so not as many dining locations were still open.

Good restaurants nearby

They didnt have a lot of the normal conveniences that hotels should have. No vending machines other than drinks. No toothbrush at reception. No tums / rolaids, many hotels have that little store inside, none. Lights were burned out, other than lamps. Clean, nice room otherwise
