This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and i choose ot everytime bacause i know it's clean and well kept with friendly staff. The location is close to everything you need at walking distance. I park in the underground parking and my car doesnt move till its time to leave. Will stay here again next time i go. Whenever that may be

The hotel is undergoing renovations, they did not disclose to me at check in that the restaurant was moved to the other end of the hotel with reduced hours. I went down at 845pm for dinner and was told that they were closed when it is advertised it is open until 10pm and that room service is available until 10pm as well. I read other reviews where people did not have to pay for parking however there was a fee per night to park and there was trouble with the ticketing system and not opening the gate to exit or enter which was frustrating. There is also an Avis car rental and the hotel is an extended stay so it can be quite busy at times. The staff are friendly and my room was clean and spacious. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to get a coffee, pharmacy, or bar/restaurant.

I wish i would have known that the restaurant and bar were not available other than. Breakfast i would have booked else where as that was important to me and my family and why i choose this hotel
