I booked this to be close to the Bell Centre. My room was like a suite - bigger than a reg room and almost like a small apartment. Beyond my expectations. Good price. A bit of trouble finding the Fri T desk but who cares. The room was amazing.
Parking on site at a good rate.
I DEFINITELY will be back. Loved it. Marc

The heating unit blow cold air every now and then, very annoying and uncontrollable. Other than that, the rooms are clean and service is very good. Quick to respond to service calls.
Hotel is under renovation but that did not bother us.

hotel is under major construction until the end of Feb. construction was not indicated on site when we booked, so not happy about that. presently no restaurant. the room (admiral loft) was very nice. older but well kept. staff was extremely nice.

The room was pretty decent, the hotel is under construction, so the front entrance is now around the side and not great. The smell near the elevators wasn't so great some days; it seemed like they were burning something or cutting something. Super lumpy pillows also, had to move it around a lot to get it semi-comfortable. The shower is the room was the best part, great pressure! I wouldn't call it "Le Nouvel Hotel", more like "Le Vieux Hotel"!

Bonjour, la chambre était très bien, nous avons chercher machine à glace sans succès. La senteur de cigarettes dans le passage n'était pas plaisant. Faire une vérification plus sévère pour les fumeurs à l'intérieur du bâtiment. La proximité des attraits rue Ste-Catherine, Centre Bell parfait hôtel bien situé.
