Waited 11 minutes to be checked in, noone else around, staff member just puttering around on the computer, no "I'll be a moment", nothing, just stood there with my confirmation and waited 11 awkward moments.
Given a breakfast voucher as I had pre ordered with my hotel, unable to use it as it was not explained where the restaurant was, lost our on that extra $. The hotel was in the middle of Reno's, which is ok these things happen, but why rip every piece of trim in every room up, holes in the wall, not one room completed or actually started just a dusty and disorganizedmess from the moment I walked in until I entered the elevator to go to my room.
Would not recommend, would not return, from the advertised pictures to the actual hotel it couldn't of been much more if a disappointment.

It is hard to review a property under such renovations : nothing from the lobby to the dining room to the common area to the main entrance was available or in sharp condition. That said, the room was perfectly clean and the bed comfortable, but... there were no curtains to block the daylight. What is the use of decorative curtains that can't slide in front of the window ?

Staff is wonderful, warm welcome, friendly and prompt to help with any needs. Property under renovations which greatly impacted appearance, particularly entrance and lobby. Parking available and convenient.
