Good sized rooms, easy walk to dining options, very nice and helpful staff. We didn’t try the pay breakfast, found somewhere else close by. I didn’t like the barn door option for the bathroom but otherwise good facilities in a good area.

Had a great experience staying at Le Nouvel Hôtel et Spa. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is super convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and just a short walk from downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful, always quick to assist with anything we needed. We also really enjoyed the spa—it was a nice bonus to relax after a long day of exploring. Overall, a great value and a solid place to stay in the city. Would definitely come back!

Great hotel with nice and spacious rooms with everything you need even a microwave

Very comfortable except for am oversize office chair that did not fit between the bed and the desk. Should just remove it as the eating chairs did fit. Picture on the website is deceiving as there is no oven in the suite and it only has a bar fridge. This makes it a bit tricky if you are planning to eat in, as we had to. There were no dish towels or scrubbers to do up the dishes and no butcher knife to cut anything. Probably just an oversite. It would have been great if the restaurant on site was open for lunch. Hours for the snack shop were sporadic. Staff was very friendly and fluent in English.

Nice hotel well located, a block away from Ste-Catherine street. The room was spacious and well furnished. Underground parking available.

My issue here is that I had a card on Expedia and I asked to pay with a different one, they said it was Totally fine and I could pay with any card I wanted to. However I checked on my other card and they still charged me on that one, apparently their first attempt declined and they put it on two different charges amounting to the total i was supposed to charged for the stay. Basically I paid double.

The rooms are quite big and very clean.

Although there are little to no options for food within a block, those options increase greatly when venturing two or three blocks. There is a small store kitty corner that sells drinks, snacks, and sundries. That place, however, appears to be closed on weekends. Two to three blocks away are St. Catherine, Bishop, and Crescent Streets - with plenty of food and drink options. Our room was a kitchenette in the property’s back tower. Was a little concerned, at first, as a number of the units appear to be monthly/yearly rentals. We heard a dog barking in the room next door as we first entered our room. Yet, we heard nothing from any rooms nor barely saw anyone during our two-night stay. Overall it was a good location, nice room, and nice price.

2nd time visit. As convenience as always. The hotel offered steering wheel lock during the stay which provided more safety concern around the city.
