I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my honest experience. While the hotel and my room were both clean, I was surprised to find that the hotel is mixed with several tenant apartments on each floor. This means that multiple rooms on your floor could be tenant apartments, and during my stay, several tenants were legally smoking cannabis. As a result, there was a strong and persistent smell of cannabis throughout the halls and corridors, which was quite unpleasant. The front desk staff were very helpful and did their best to treat the odour in my room, but it’s important for future guests to be aware of this situation beforehand. If you are sensitive to strong smells, especially cannabis, be prepared before your stay. Overall, I was not fully satisfied with my experience because of this persistent problem and have decided not to stay there again for this reason.

Be careful. If they offer you an upgrade don’t take it till you see it.. they will put in the condo building. Furniture is ancient. Bathroom is updated but rest of room needed renovation for sure. The hotel is nicer and be sure to stay in that part. Also they may offer you a safety bar to put on your stirring wheel cause there have been cars stolen from the parking garage…. Our car was fine thankfully but have to say that we were not offered the safety bar on arrival but saw others being offered one… weird!!

I didn’t like when I went to check in I wasn’t told that I couldn’t park infront of the hotel to check in I will get ticket which I did get ticket for $385 lol even though the sign says hotel zone 15 minutes allowed which I was there only five minutes I should be reimbursed for the ticket
