The front reception was having renovations, but there was clear posters to make check in easier. Though, i wish there was an easier way to drop off someone in the parking lot area, it isnt really the hotels fault.

Bonjour,
J’ai réservé une nuit au Nouvel Hôtel & Spa à Montréal via Expedia pour 160 $. Malheureusement, la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à la description :
Pas de gel de douche fourni
Douche qui fonctionne seulement à moitié
Spa annoncé dans le nom et sur le site fermé depuis la COVID
Service limite, le personnel était désagréable lorsque j’ai posé des questions
Ces manquements rendent mon séjour non conforme à ce que j’ai réservé. Je souhaiterais donc un geste commercial, comme un remboursement partiel ou un crédit pour une prochaine réservation.

We have stayed multiple times here and this time was disappointing the place is under construction and was unaware, the receptionist was not friendly at all ( not sure if it was cause we are from the USA). We stay here due to parking and location we are VIP with Expedia we will give it one more time and see how it is next time.

I booked this to be close to the Bell Centre. My room was like a suite - bigger than a reg room and almost like a small apartment. Beyond my expectations. Good price. A bit of trouble finding the Fri T desk but who cares. The room was amazing.
Parking on site at a good rate.
I DEFINITELY will be back. Loved it. Marc
