全体的にこの近辺のホテルは高価だったが、その中では、お手頃だった。

部屋が広くて良かった

パリのアパルトマンのような雰囲気のあるホテルで素敵でした。受付の人もすごく感じの良い女性で気持ち良く滞在できました。レストラン、お土産屋さんまで徒歩圏内で便利です。

掃除が行き届いていない。もう泊まりません。 きれい好きの方にはオススメできません。 汚くても気にならない方にはいいホテルだと思います。

スタッフも親切で部屋も清潔でした。 ただバスルームのドアが引き戸で隙間が空いていてプライバシーが保てないのが気になった。

The hotel was a bit historical, not new. But, the upgraded room was soo spacious. Breakfast was nice. It was close to a bus station led to the airport.

The room had a smell to it and there is a lot of repairs but I’m sure once it gets all done it will look great

Le chauffage de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien Presque pas d’eau chaude dans la douche À mon arrivée on à voulu me faire repayer la chambre même si elle était déjà payer sur votre application. Je ne pense pas remettre les pieds dans cette hôtel

Was impressed when I entered the room, then comes the rest. Stayed on the 6th floor. Bathroom is tight and claustrophobic, with the door opening into the toilet. Seemed as if the room was not cleaned prior to arrival. Stains on the bathroom wall and mirror, filthy shower, hairs and stains on toilet. Sink pools water after minimal time of water running. Filthy floors with dirt and hair. Bed sheets had hair and stains from prior use or improper cleaning. Had a do not disturb sign on door and staff still entered while I was not decent. One of the worst stays I have had in a hotel. The only bright side was its location, but for the price you’re better off getting a better hotel with same location, with a relatively similar price but surely more pride taken on maintenance and cleanliness. Will never stay here again.

It was ok. The room was cute (we got the smaller suite, not sure I would consider it a suite). The floors in the little kitchen nook weren't clean but the rest of the room was. Updated bathroom which was nice. The lobby was under construction, so it looked absolutely nothing like the picture but that's not their fault. It was nice having parking and for free. The breakfast we paid for was ok but expensive for what we got. Close walk to St Catherine's Street which was very convenient. I wouldn't be opposed to staying there again but i also wouldn't be opposed to staying elsewhere.

Great room. Wonderful staff

The room itself was fine. The hotel however was misrepresented - it is currently under renovations in the lobby area and the pictures on Expedia are future state. There's no restaurant or bar (aside from a buffet set up in a hall) which was disappointing as we were looking forward to that. We would have decided to stay elsewhere if we knew about the renovations.

Unfortunately our first room ended up having an ant invasion. The hotel eventually moved us to another room. The critters were probably due to the renovations the hotel was going under. That is one bone worth picking: we didn't find out, from the hotel, about the renovations until the day we were leaving for our trip - the bad taste it left us was hard to ignore.
