Friendly and helpful front staff, parking was $30 a night underground- they did offer a steering wheel lock to help prevent theft. It’s in a very convenient location for those who want to walk. The cleaning staff were very nice. The room was as advertised and was moderately clean, my only complaint would be they need to replace the duvet- the feathers inside have bunched up and become brittle.

I like the room. However my stay was disappointing. The shower water was cold throughout my stay, which made for an uncomfortable experience. In addition, the receptionist was not welcoming and seemed annoyed by guests. I felt as though I was inconveniencing her simply by checking in, rather than being treated as a valued customer. A more friendly and professional attitude would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.

Nice having a washer-dryer ensured sweaty clothes could be cleaned easily. The kitchenette and the grocery store, within a couple blocks, cut down on food expenses.

The Admiral Loft was perfect for our needs. Very spacious!! We live out of town but had an early appt at the General Hospital that required some morning preparation. It was like being in an apartment with everything we needed to be comfortable. The jacuzzi tub is an added bonus. Check out time of noon is great and we even asked for (and got) a 1pm checkout just in case the appt ran late. The pool was not open yet, but that is Mother Natures's fault, lol. The renovation of the lobby area was very nicely done. We were at the hotel in Jan '26 when it was in process so it was nice to see the end result. We can't comment on the restaurant as we could not eat much due to appt. Recommend?? 100%
