The room was clean- perfect for the 6 of us being together. Having a pool with vegetation in winter was so wonderful/ brought a lot of peace and joy to a trip that was otherwise pretty heavy for me and my family. If we could move them permanently, we would! Plus, the price was pretty reasonable.

Super bien pensé pour les familles. La piscine et le module de jeux sont des incontournables. L'hôtel est propre et accueillant. Le resto offre de la bonne nourriture.

If you’re looking for a hotel that’s fine, this is your place. Not great, not terrible—just solidly, confidently average. The room was okay: nothing fancy, nothing tragic, just a bed, four walls, and the comforting hum of “you get what you pay for.” Now, the pool. Imagine Times Square on New Year’s Eve… but wetter. I’ve never seen so many humans in one body of water. At one point I wasn’t sure if I was swimming or just being gently transported by the current of children. But hey, the kids loved it. We paid for them to be in the pool, and they absolutely got their money’s worth—especially with the bouncy castle, which was basically their personal kingdom. The staff? Lovely. Pleasant. Cheerful in a way that made me wonder what kind of caffeine they’re drinking and where I can get some. Truly the highlight. Food-wise, it was… food. The younger crowd seemed thrilled, piling their plates like they were preparing for winter. The older folks, meanwhile, looked like they were quietly negotiating with their digestive systems. But nobody died, so overall a win. In short: if you have kids, they’ll have a blast. If you don’t, you’ll question every life choice that led you to an overcrowded pool on this March break. But the staff smiles, the room exists, and the children sleep well afterward—so honestly, that’s a victory! Note: Faces of the little ones have been edited out to protect their identities and their future political careers

The hotel needs updates. Many things were out of order for either all or part of our stay. There is only one ice machine in the hotel and it wasn’t working. A luggage lift is required to access the floors with wheeled luggage or a luggage cart but it was finicky and did not work when we arrived. Our shower drain was not working and we had to have it fixed. The coffee pot in our room did not work. The cleanliness was slightly below average. The pool area was nice but the pool deck was extremely slippery. The lifeguards also enforced “rules” on patrons speaking languages other than French but did not correct improper behavior by several groups of pre-teens speaking French. The parking situation was also well below average. The parking lot was not properly cleared and there was several inches of snow and ice everywhere. The room was small and a bit cramped, but it did have Murphy beds which we chose not to fold up. Overall the hotel met our needs but we are unlikely to stay there again.

The amenties in the hotel were excellent , it is a bit dated and the main floor is a bit confusing first . I did find the room wasn’t cleaned great and even after a couple of days they never do much of a cleaning besides towels. Either way we will go back again !! Loved it for the kids.
